を含み、

前記バルーンの中に配置された一対の電極を有する衝撃波発生装置であって、前記弁尖と前記弁輪とに作用するために前記流体を経て伝わる衝撃波をもたらす電気アークを発生させるように前記電極間に複数の高圧パルスを生成する衝撃波発生装置と
を含み、
前記バルーンは、前記衝撃波が前記衝撃波発生装置によって生成されるときに無傷のままであるように構成されている、システム。 - 細長い管をさらに含み、前記バルーンは、前記細長い管の遠位端にある、請求項25に記載のシステム。
