Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のバッテリパックは、収容空間を備える筐体と、筐体から簡単に取り外せるように、締結部材によって筐体に等間隔に結合される複数のバッテリモジュールとを備える。各バッテリモジュールは、トレイと、トレイに備え付けられたバッテリセルと、バッテリセルを充電し、トレイに備え付けられたセル充電器と、トレイに備え付けられ、セル充電器を制御するセルコントローラと、バッテリセルに結合されるヒッティングマットと、トレイに備え付けられてバッテリセルの温度を感知する温度センサとを備える。

Description
寿命が終わった場合に、例えばねじなどの締結部材16を外すことで、容易に筐体3からバッテリモジュール2を取り外し、そして新しいバッテリモジュール2を筐体3に結合させることを可能にするためである。
は、プリント回路基板(PCB)に結合されることができ、またはチップの形で提供されることができる。セル充電器9は、バッテリセル7を充電する役割を果たす。セル充電器9は、一つのバッテリセル7に対応することが好ましい。

Claims (12)
- 収容空間を備えるように構成された筐体と、
前記筐体に等間隔に結合される複数のトレイと、
前記複数のトレイにそれぞれ備え付けられる複数のバッテリセルと、
前記複数のバッテリセルをそれぞれ充電するように構成され、前記複数のトレイにそれぞれ備え付けられる複数のセル充電器と、
前記複数のトレイにそれぞれ備え付けられ、前記複数のセル充電器をそれぞれ制御するように構成される複数のセルコントローラと、
前記複数のバッテリセルにそれぞれ結合される複数のヒッティングマットと、
前記複数のトレイにそれぞれ備え付けられ、前記複数のバッテリセルの温度をそれぞれ感知する複数の温度センサと、
を備えることを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記筐体には、対になって等間隔に互いに対向しており、前記複数のトレイが嵌合結合される、複数のガイドスロットが備え付けられ、
前記各トレイには、その両サイド側に前記複数のガイドスロットに嵌合される、複数の延長部が備え付けられる請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記各トレイは締結部材によって前記筐体に固定される請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記各セルコントローラには、メインコントローラに接続されて、前記メインコントローラとデータを交換するように構成される、通信コネクタが備え付けられる請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 収容空間を備えるように構成された筐体と、
前記筐体に等間隔に結合される複数のトレイと、
前記複数のトレイにそれぞれ備え付けられる複数のバッテリセルと、
前記複数のバッテリセルをそれぞれ充電するように構成され、前記複数のトレイにそれぞれ備え付けられる複数のセル充電器と、
前記複数のトレイにそれぞれ備え付けられ、前記複数のセル充電器をそれぞれ制御するように構成される複数のセルコントローラと、
前記複数のバッテリセルにそれぞれ結合される複数のヒッティングマットと、
前記複数のトレイにそれぞれ備え付けられ、前記複数のバッテリセルの温度をそれぞれ感知する複数の温度センサとを備えるバッテリパックと、
前記複数のセルコントローラから前記各バッテリセルの充電状態(SOC)に関する情報を受信し、前記各セル充電器を制御する充電制御モジュールを備えるメインコントローラと、
を備えることを特徴とするバッテリ管理装置。 - 前記メインコントローラは、更に、前記複数の温度センサで測定された値に対応する複数の信号を受信し、前記複数のバッテリセルの温度を制御するために複数のヒッティングマット又はクーリングファンを制御する、温度制御モジュールを備える請求項5に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
- 前記メインコントローラは、更に、前記複数のバッテリセルの電流を感知する電流感知器、及び前記複数のバッテリセルの電流を遮断する電流遮断スイッチに接続され、前記電流感知器から受信した信号に基づいて前記電流遮断スイッチを制御するように構成される、バッテリセル保護制御モジュールを備える請求項5に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
- 前記メインコントローラは、更に、前記複数のセルコントローラから受信した各信号に応じて、前記各バッテリセルの充電状態(SOC)と健康状態(SOH)を決定することにより、不適切なバッテリセルを判定するセルグレーディングを行うように構成される、セルグレーディング制御モジュールを備える請求項5に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
- 前記セルグレーディング制御モジュールは、更に、前記セルコントローラから受信した前記信号に基づいて前記バッテリセルの寿命を計算することにより、前記バッテリセルの残余寿命を判断するように構成される請求項8に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
- 前記メインコントローラは、前記複数のセルコントローラから受信した前記複数のバッテリセルに関するデータ、及びこれと関連して処理されたデータを外部メモリに送信し、また、外部のコンピュータとデータを交換するように構成される、通信制御モジュールを備える請求項5に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
- 前記メインコントローラは、CAN通信ポートと、TCP/IP通信ポートと、USB通信ポートとを備える請求項5に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
- 内部メモリは前記各セルコントローラに接続され、
前記メインコントローラは、前記各バッテリセルの履歴をそれぞれの内部メモリに記録して管理する、履歴管理制御モジュールを備える請求項5に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
