Description
前記メインコントローラは、前記複数の内部メモリにそれぞれ前記複数のバッテリセルの履歴を記録して管理する履歴管理制御モジュールを備えることが好ましい。
寿命が終わった場合に、例えばねじなどの締結部材16を外すことで、容易に筐体3からバッテリモジュール2を取り外し、そして新しいバッテリモジュール2を筐体3に結合させることを可能にするためである。
は、プリント回路基板(PCB)に結合されることができ、またはチップの形で提供されることができる。セル充電器9は、バッテリセル7を充電する役割を果たす。セル充電器9は、一つのバッテリセル7に対応することが好ましい。

Claims (12)
- 一定の間隔で互いに対向して対をなす複数のガイドスロットが設けられており、受納空間を備えたケースと、
前記ケースの前記複数のガイドスロットに嵌合結合される複数のトレイと、
前記複数のトレイにそれぞれ設けられている複数のバッテリセルと、
前記複数のバッテリセルを充電し、前記複数のバッテリセルに一対一対応する個数で前記複数のトレイに設けられている複数のセル充電器と、
前記複数のセル充電器に一対一対応する個数で前記複数のトレイに設けられており、前記複数のセル充電器を制御する複数のセルコントローラと、
前記複数のバッテリセルに一対一対応する個数で前記複数のバッテリセルに結合される複数のヒーティングマットと、
前記複数のバッテリセルに一対一対応する個数で前記複数のトレイに設けられており、前記複数のバッテリセルの温度を感知する複数の温度センサと、
を備えることを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記複数のトレイには、両サイド側に前記複数のガイドスロットに嵌合される、複数の延長部が設けられている、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記ケースには、前記複数のトレイが締結部材によって固定される、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記複数のセルコントローラには、メインコントローラと接続されてデータを送受信することができる通信コネクタが設けられている、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 一定の間隔で互いに対向して対をなす複数のガイドスロットが設けられており、受納空間を備えたケースと、
前記ケースの前記複数のガイドスロットに嵌合結合される複数のトレイと、
前記複数のトレイにそれぞれ設けられている複数のバッテリセルと、
前記複数のバッテリセルを充電し、前記複数のバッテリセルに一対一対応する個数で前記複数のトレイに設けられている複数のセル充電器と、
前記複数のセル充電器に一対一対応する個数で前記複数のトレイに設けられており、前記複数のセル充電器を制御する複数のセルコントローラと、
前記複数のバッテリセルに一対一対応する個数で前記複数のバッテリセルに結合される複数のヒーティングマットと、
前記複数のバッテリセルに一対一対応する個数で前記複数のトレイに設けられており、前記複数のバッテリセルの温度を感知する複数の温度センサとを備えるバッテリパックと、
前記複数のセルコントローラから前記複数のバッテリセルの充電状態に関する情報を受信し、それぞれの複数のセル充電器を制御する充電制御モジュールを備えるメインコントローラと、
を備えることを特徴とするバッテリ管理装置。 - 前記メインコントローラは、更に、前記複数の温度センサで測定された値に対応する複数の信号を受信し、前記複数のバッテリセルの温度を調節するヒーティングマット又はクーリングファンを制御する、温度制御モジュールが設けられている請求項5に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
- 前記メインコントローラは、更に、前記複数のバッテリセルの電流を感知する電流感知器、及び前記複数のバッテリセルの電流を遮断する電流遮断スイッチに接続され、前記電流感知器の入力信号に基づいて前記電流遮断スイッチを制御するバッテリセル保護制御モジュールを備える請求項5に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
- 前記メインコントローラは、更に、前記複数のセルコントローラから受信した信号に応じて、前記複数のバッテリセルの充電状態と健康状態を演算して、不適切な複数のバッテリセルを判定するセルグレーディングを行うセルグレーディング制御モジュールを備える請求項5に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
- 前記セルグレーディング制御モジュールは、更に、前記複数のセルコントローラから受信した前記信号に基づいて前記複数のバッテリセルの寿命を計算することにより、前記複数のバッテリセルの残余寿命を判断するように構成される請求項8に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
- 前記メインコントローラは、前記複数のセルコントローラから受信した前記複数のバッテリセルに関するデータ、及びこれと関連して処理されたデータを外部メモリに送信し、また、外部のコンピュータと通信する通信制御モジュールを備える請求項5に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
- 前記メインコントローラは、CAN通信ポートと、TCP/IP通信ポートと、USB通信ポートとを備える請求項5に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
- 前記複数のセルコントローラにはそれぞれ複数の内部メモリが接続され、
前記メインコントローラは、前記複数の内部メモリにそれぞれ前記複数のバッテリセルの履歴を記録して管理する履歴管理制御モジュールを備える請求項5に記載のバッテリ管理装置。
