Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つのハウジング部(11)、ドライブ(12)及び前記ドライブ(12)に対して位相調整可能なアウトプット部(13)を有する位相調整ユニット(10)と、
コントロールアクチュエータユニット(16)のベースユニット(15)を少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジング部(11)の内部に配置するように構成されているコントロールアクチュエータ接続ユニット(14)と、を備える位相調整装置、特にバルブトレイン位相調整装置。 - 前記ハウジング部(11)が、前記ドライブ(12)及び/又は前記アウトプット部(13)とトルク耐性に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の位相調整装置。
- 前記ハウジング部(11)が凹部(17)を有しており、前記凹部は、少なくとも部分的に、前記コントロールアクチュエータユニット(16)のベースユニット(15)を収納するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の位相調整装置。
- 前記位相調整ユニット(10)がバルブユニット(18)を有しており、該バルブユニットは、前記コントロールアクチュエータユニット(16)によって制御されるように設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の位相調整装置。
- 前記位相調整ユニット(10)を閉鎖するようにカバーユニット(19)が構成され、前記バルブユニット(18)を収納するように形成されている少なくとも1つの凹部(20)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の位相調整装置。
- 前記バルブユニット(18)がセンタバルブ(21)を有しており、前記センタバルブは、少なくとも部分的に、前記アウトプット部(13)をドライブシャフト(22)に接続するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の位相調整装置。
- 前記バルブユニット(18)がネジツール用の輪郭凹部(23)を有しており、前記輪郭凹部は、少なくとも部分的に、バルブスライダ(24)を収納するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の位相調整装置。
- コントロールアクチュエータハウジング(25)が、少なくとも取り付けられた状態において、少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジング部(11)の内部に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の位相調整装置。
- 電磁的コントロールアクチュエータ(26)が、少なくとも取り付けられた状態において、少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジング部(11)の内部に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の位相調整装置。
- コントロールアクチュエータスタータ(27)及び/又はコントロールアクチュエータアンカ(28)が、少なくともある状態において、少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジング部(11)の内部に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の位相調整装置。
- 前記ハウジング部(11)が、少なくとも部分的に、追加の位相調整ユニット(29)のために設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の位相調整装置。
- 少なくとも1つの機械的位相調整手段(30)が、少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジング部(11)の内部に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の位相調整装置。
- 前記位相調整手段(30)が、スプリング手段(31)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の位相調整装置。
- 前記機械的位相調整手段(30)が、前記ベースユニット(15)の少なくとも一部分を収納するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載の位相調整装置。
- 連結手段(32)が、前記コントロールアクチュエータユニット(16)の前記ベースユニット(15)と前記位相調整ユニット(10)とを回転可能に相互連結するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の位相調整装置。
