Abstract
Description
本出願は、2008年10月7日に出願された米国特許仮出願第61/103,263号の優先権を主張し、その開示は参照によりその全体が組み込まれる。
本発明は概してリン酸セメント組成物、さらに詳細には急速に養生して、耐炎性および耐熱性であるリン酸セメント組成物に関する。
Claims (9)
- 約10〜40重量パーセントの酸化カルシウムもしくは酸化マグネシウム、約10〜40重量パーセントの酸性リン酸塩、および約10〜50重量パーセントのバーミキュライトもしくはパーライトまたはその混合物を含む、リン酸セメント組成物。
- 砂、SiO2、TiO2、Al2O3、ZrO2、Cr2O3、タルク、マイカ、カオリン、フライアッシュ、メタカオリン、ドロマイト、クロム鉱、クリンカ、セルロース、シリカ、およびスラグからなる群から選択される粒状組成物をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のリン酸セメント組成物。
- 約10〜40重量パーセントの酸化カルシウムもしくは酸化マグネシウム、約10〜40重量パーセントの酸性リン酸塩、約10〜50重量パーセントのバーミキュライトもしくはパーライトまたはその混合物、および約15〜45重量パーセントの珪灰石を含む、リン酸セメント組成物。
- 砂、SiO2、TiO2、Al2O3、ZrO2、Cr2O3、タルク、マイカ、カオリン、フライアッシュ、メタカオリン、ドロマイト、クロム鉱、クリンカ、セルロース、シリカ、およびスラグからなる群から選択される粒状組成物をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のリン酸セメント組成物。
- 約10〜40重量パーセントの酸化カルシウムもしくは酸化マグネシウム、約10〜40重量パーセントの酸性リン酸塩、および約10〜50重量%の加熱時に膨張する材料を含むリン酸セメント組成物中に組み込まれた補強材料を含む製品。
- 前記補強材料が鋼鉄筋である、請求項5に記載の製品。
- 加熱時に膨張する前記材料が、バーミキュライトもしくはパーライトまたはその混合物である、請求項5に記載の製品。
- 約10〜40重量パーセントの酸化カルシウムもしくは酸化マグネシウム、約10〜40重量パーセントの酸性リン酸塩、バーミキュライトもしくはパーライトまたはその混合物からなる群から選択される加熱時に膨張する約10〜50重量%の材料、および約15〜45重量パーセントの珪灰石を含む組成物を含むリン酸セメント組成物中に組み込まれた補強材料を含む製品。
- 前記補強材料が鋼鉄筋である、請求項8に記載の製品。
