背景技术
水泥,粉状水硬性无机胶凝材料。加水搅拌后成浆体,能在空气中硬化或者在水中 更好的硬化,并能把砂、石等材料牢固地胶结在一起。cement一词由拉丁文caementum发展而来,是碎石及片石的意思。水泥的历史最早可追溯到5000年前的中国秦安大地湾人,他们 铺设了类似现代水泥的地面。后来古罗马人在建筑中使用的石灰与火山灰的混合物,这种 混合物与现代的石灰火山灰水泥很相似。用它胶结碎石制成的混凝土,硬化后不但强度较 高,而且还能抵抗淡水或含盐水的侵蚀。长期以来,它作为一种重要的胶凝材料,广泛应用 于土木建筑、水利、国防等工程。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供质量高、成本低廉的一种水泥浆配方。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种水泥浆配方,其创新点在于:包括以下重量份组分: 水泥25-40份、 稳定剂 2-4 份、环氧树脂 3-5 份、铁矿粉10-15份、粘土8-12份 、玻璃纤维5-8 份、石膏8-15份、硅砂4-10份、蛭石粉2 4份、白云石粉10 20份和水80- 120份。
本发明的优点在于:
1)本发明中向水泥中添加各种助剂,提高水泥浆的稳定性、抗渗透性和抗裂性,成本低,环保性好,节约了资源。

实施例2:
一种水泥浆配方,包括以下重量份组分: 水泥32份、 稳定剂 3 份、环氧树脂 4份、铁矿粉13份、粘土10份、 玻璃纤维6份、石膏11份、硅砂7份、蛭石粉3份、白云石粉15份和水100份。
实施例3:
一种水泥浆配方,包括以下重量份组分: 水泥40份、 稳定剂 4 份、环氧树脂 5 份、铁矿粉15份、粘土12份、 玻璃纤维8 份、石膏15份、硅砂10份、蛭石粉4份、白云石粉20份和水120份。
