二炭酸ジアルキル類物質は、適切な(水性)飲料との接触において、誘導アルコールおよび二酸化炭素に加水分解する特性を有する。この理由から、適切に処理された飲料は消費時点において実際の意味でもはや保存料を有さず、すなわち飲料は開栓後、微生物学的汚染を被りやすい。したがってそれはむしろ技術的補助であって添加剤ではなく、その理由のために多くの国々では、二炭酸ジアルキルの使用は、さらに、飲料のラベルで公表しなくてよい。

Claims (4)
- A)飲料にリモネンまたはリモネン含有調合物を混合するステップと、
B)引き続いて二炭酸ジアルキル、特に二炭酸ジメチルを前記飲料に添加するステップと
によって特徴付けられる、飲料を安定化する方法。 - 前記リモネン含有調合物が蜜蝋をさらに含有することで特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ソルビン酸を含有する飲料が微生物汚染に対して安定化されることで特徴付けられる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- リモネンが10〜5000ppmの量で使用されることで特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
