Abstract
1. Способ стабилизации напитков, который отличается тем, что ! A) напиток смешивают с лимоненом или композициями, содержащими лимонен, а также ! B) далее к напитку добавляют диалкилдикарбонат, в частности, диметилдикарбонат. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что композиция, содержащая лимонен, дополнительно содержит пчелиный воск. ! 3. Способ по пп.1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что напитки, содержащие сорбиновую кислоту, стабилизируют по отношению к поражению микробами. ! 4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что лимонен используют в количестве от 10 до 5000 частей на млн.
Claims (4)
1. Способ стабилизации напитков, который отличается тем, что
A) напиток смешивают с лимоненом или композициями, содержащими лимонен, а также
B) далее к напитку добавляют диалкилдикарбонат, в частности, диметилдикарбонат.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что композиция, содержащая лимонен, дополнительно содержит пчелиный воск.
3. Способ по пп.1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что напитки, содержащие сорбиновую кислоту, стабилизируют по отношению к поражению микробами.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что лимонен используют в количестве от 10 до 5000 частей на млн.
