- (a)光学的に透明な材料の下層;

(c)光学的に透明な材料の上層であって、前記尿試料を前記流入チャンバに導入するためのおよび前記観察チャンバから空気を抜くための開口部を構成する切り抜き部分を含む上層;

前記(a)および(b)の光学的に透明な材料が、粒子および残渣が分離され前記光学的に透明な材料の表面に固定されるような、前記尿試料の表面エネルギーに対する表面エネルギーを有する、

- 1セットの検査位置を構成する切り抜き部分を25セット有する、請求項1に記載の試料スライド。
- 前記試料が、約2から200μLである、請求項1に記載の試料スライド。
- 前記中間層が、約0.100から0.35mmの厚さを有し、前記上層が、少なくとも0.9mmの作動距離を可能にする厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の試料スライド。
- 前記毛管経路が、100μmより小さい寸法を有さない、請求項1に記載の試料スライド。
- 前記観察チャンバが、約0.1から200μLの容積を有する、請求項1に記載の試料スライド。
- (a)尿の試料を得る段階;
(b)前記(a)の試料を試料スライドに導入する段階;および
(c)前記試料スライド内の前記(a)の試料を検査する段階
を含み、
前記試料スライドが、前記尿試料の表面エネルギーに対する高い表面エネルギーを有する光学的に透明な材料の下層;検査位置を構成する少なくとも1セットの切り抜き部分であって、前記尿試料を受けるための少なくとも1つの流入チャンバを構成する切り抜き部分と、少なくとも1つの観察チャンバと、前記流入チャンバと前記観察チャンバとの間の流体接続されている少なくとも1つの親水性毛管経路とを含有する中間層;および上記光学的に透明な材料の上層であって、前記尿試料を前記流入チャンバに導入するためのおよび前記観察チャンバから空気を抜くための開口部を構成する切り抜き部分を含む上層を含む、
