Abstract
【解決手段】廃棄物処理設備の燃焼排ガスから熱回収する廃熱ボイラ2内にアルカリ性薬剤を吹込口9から噴霧し、廃熱ボイラ内の灰にアルカリ性薬剤を接触させ保持させて低温腐食を防止する。

Description
MCL2+2H2O→2HCL+M(OH)2
このHCLにより、鋼製(Fe)の伝熱管は、
2HCL+Fe→FeCL2+H2
の化学式により低温腐食が進行する。
2HCL+Ca(OH)2→CaCL2+H2O
消石灰の吹込量は付着灰におけるCL成分の構成比率によりCL成分と等価の量を吹き込む。
CLの量は345×0.1=34.5kg/h(958mol/h)である。
そこで必要な消石灰量は、958/2=479mol/hとなる。
Caとして479×20g/mol=9.6kg/hの吹き込み量となる。
1.試験材料
鋼板上に実灰を塗布し、加熱冷却して表面状態観察する。
灰・・・・A:廃熱ボイラ付着灰 B:Aに消石灰を混合したもの(添加率20wt%)
鋼板・・・炭素鋼(32□×4.5t)
サンプルの成分及びpHは表2に示すとおりである。
加熱/湿潤暴露を繰り返す。
(1)加熱炉にA、B灰を堆積させた鋼板をセットし、500℃、260℃にて2日間加熱保持
(2)加熱後、サンプルを湿度60〜70%の雰囲気に1週間放置
(3)加熱炉にサンプルを再度セットし、500℃、260℃にて2日間加熱保持
(4)加熱後、サンプルを湿度60〜70%の雰囲気に1週間放置
A灰(ボイラ付着灰)は腐食が著しかったのに対して、B灰(消石灰混合灰)は腐食が抑制されていた。

Claims (4)
- 廃棄物処理設備の燃焼排ガスから熱回収する廃熱ボイラの低温腐食防止方法において、
廃熱ボイラ内にアルカリ性薬剤を噴霧し、廃熱ボイラ内の灰に前記アルカリ性薬剤を接触させて保持することを特徴とする廃棄物処理設備の廃熱ボイラの低温腐食防止方法。 - アルカリ性薬剤の噴霧を廃熱ボイラの運転中に間欠的あるいは連続的に行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃棄物処理設備の廃熱ボイラの低温腐食防止方法。
- アルカリ性薬剤の噴霧を廃熱ボイラの立上時及び停止前に行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の廃棄物処理設備の廃熱ボイラの低温腐食防止方法。
- 上下方向に多数本の伝熱管が配置された水冷壁で構成され、内部に蒸発器及び過熱器の管群が配置された、廃棄物処理設備の燃焼排ガスから熱回収する廃熱ボイラにおいて、
前記廃熱ボイラ内に、廃熱ボイラ内の灰に接触させ保持して廃熱ボイラの低温腐食を防止するアルカリ性薬剤を噴霧する吹込口が外壁に設けられ、前記吹込口に前記アルカリ性薬剤を供給するアルカリ性薬剤供給配管が接続された低温腐食防止構造を備えていることを特徴とする、廃棄物処理設備の廃熱ボイラ。
