Abstract

本发明公开了危险废物处理系统及其危废处理工艺,其包括用于焚烧危险废物的矿热电炉,矿热电炉连接有用于燃烧矿热电炉产生的废气的二燃室,二燃室连接有收集余热的余热锅炉,余热锅炉连接有降低废气温度的半干急冷塔,半干急冷塔连接有吸附有害气体的活性炭吸附装置,活性炭吸附装置依次连接有布袋除尘器、湿法脱酸塔、烟气加热装置及烟囱。本系统运行成本低,点火及运行过程中基本不需要外加燃气、燃料或助燃剂助燃,具有环保经济的优点。

危险废物处理系统及其危废处理工艺
技术领域
本申请涉及危废处理领域,特别是危险废物处理系统及其危废处理工艺。
背景技术
危险废物具有腐蚀性、毒性、易燃性、反应性或者感染性等一种或者几种危险特性,或不排除具有危险特性,可能对环境或者人体健康造成有害影响。
我国是制造业大国,也是危废产生大国。预计到2020年底,我国年危废产生量将突破1亿万吨,将近占世界危废产生量三分之一。而该危废处置存在如下问题:产生量大、处理处置要求高、难度大、行业存在产业缺口大、产能利用率不足;同时危废处置行业投资成本过高,盈利低等亦是阻碍人们投资该行业的原因。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种操作简单、节约成本且对环境无害,能够单独处理危险废物焚烧灰渣及实现资源化的危险废物处理系统及其危废处理工艺。
本发明是这样来实现上述目的的:
危险废物处理系统,其包括用于焚烧危险废物的矿热电炉,矿热电炉连接有用于燃烧矿热电炉产生的废气的二燃室,二燃室连接有收集余热的余热锅炉,余热锅炉连接有降低废气温度的半干急冷塔,半干急冷塔连接有吸附有害气体的活性炭吸附装置,活性炭吸附装置依次连接有布袋除尘器、湿法脱酸塔、烟气加热装置及烟囱。
其中,所述余热锅炉还连接有分气缸及软水制备装置,分气缸与软水制备装置连通。
其中,所述分气缸与烟气加热装置连通。
其中,所述湿法脱酸塔连通有循环碱液池。
应用上述危险废物处理系统的危废处理工艺,其包括危险废物配伍和烟气处理两个环节,将危险废物送入矿热电炉前,先对需要处理的废物进行性质检测,确定废物的热值、挥发分、灰分、S、卤素、重金属含量,同时明确其可燃性、粘度(液体)、化学反应性;配伍的依据为通过控制入炉物料的碱度,无机物的融化温度与废物组分有直接关系,常用无机物的碱度K来表达无机物的熔融特性,碱度K指总碱性氧化物与总酸性氧化物质量分数比值,即

根据不同的碱度K,搭配相应的废物送入矿热电炉焚烧,焚烧后产生的废气流入二燃室再次燃烧,二燃室产生的热量由余热锅炉收集,经过余热锅炉的废气由半干急冷塔降温,让流经半干急冷塔的废气由活性炭吸附装置吸附,去除有毒有味气体,接着用布袋除尘器收收集废气的飞灰,再接着用湿法脱酸塔去除废气中的酸性气体或物质,最后由烟气加热装置对烟气进行加热后通过烟囱排向系统外。
其中,所述余热锅炉产生的水蒸气通过分气缸用于加热烟气或其它物质,分气缸产生的冷凝水回流到软水制备装置再供余热锅炉使用。
其中,所述湿法脱酸塔产生的酸性物质由循环碱液池中和后排出。
本发明的有益效果:相对于现有的危废处理工艺,本发明利用矿热电炉来处理危险废物,可实现铜、镍、铁等金属的加收;本系统处理的温度可达1100℃以上,冶炼温度可达1400~1650℃,炉内可保持高温状态,满足国家标准,超过99.9%的二噁英能够被分解;尾气净化采用“二燃室+余热锅炉+急冷除酸脱硫塔+干式反应器+布袋除尘器+碱液洗涤+烟气加热器”的处理工艺,可有效的去除灰烬和有毒有害气体的二次污染;在入炉灰渣中加入5%的硅,并在1500℃左右熔融约30min,可制成的玻璃固。本系统运行成本低,点火及运行过程中基本不需要外加燃气、燃料或助燃剂助燃,具有环保经济的优点。

具体实施方式
参照图1,危险废物处理系统,其包括用于焚烧危险废物的矿热电炉,矿热电炉连接有用于燃烧矿热电炉产生的废气的二燃室,二燃室连接有收集余热的余热锅炉,余热锅炉连接有降低废气温度的半干急冷塔,半干急冷塔连接有吸附有害气体的活性炭吸附装置,活性炭吸附装置依次连接有布袋除尘器、湿法脱酸塔、烟气加热装置及烟囱。相对于现有的危废处理工艺,本发明利用矿热电炉来处理危险废物,可实现铜、镍、铁等金属的加收;本系统处理的温度可达1100℃以上,冶炼温度可达1400~1650℃,炉内可保持高温状态,满足国家标准,超过99.9%的二噁英能够被分解;尾气净化采用“二燃室+余热锅炉+急冷除酸脱硫塔+干式反应器+布袋除尘器+碱液洗涤+烟气加热器”的处理工艺,可有效的去除灰烬和有毒有害气体的二次污染。在矿热电炉中加入一些配方辅料,可得到相应的一些玻化渣。例如,在入炉灰渣中加入5%的硅,并在1500℃左右熔融约30min,可制成的玻璃固。本系统运行成本低,点火及运行过程中基本不需要外加燃气、燃料或助燃剂助燃,具有环保经济的优点。当然,为了更加有效保证二噁英等有毒有害气体被分解,可在二燃室内加入助燃油进行燃烧。
另外,所述余热锅炉还连接有分气缸及软水制备装置,分气缸与软水制备装置连通。所述分气缸还与烟气加热装置连通。所述余热锅炉产生的水蒸气通过分气缸用于加热烟气或其它物质,分气缸产生的冷凝水回流到软水制备装置再供余热锅炉使用。
还有,所述湿法脱酸塔连通有循环碱液池。所述湿法脱酸塔产生的酸性物质由循环碱液池中和后排出。

1.危险废物处理系统,其特征在于包括用于焚烧危险废物的矿热电炉,矿热电炉连接有用于燃烧矿热电炉产生的废气的二燃室,二燃室连接有收集余热的余热锅炉,余热锅炉连接有降低废气温度的半干急冷塔,半干急冷塔连接有吸附有害气体的活性炭吸附装置,活性炭吸附装置依次连接有布袋除尘器、湿法脱酸塔、烟气加热装置及烟囱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的危险废物处理系统,其特征在于:所述余热锅炉还连接有分气缸及软水制备装置,分气缸与软水制备装置连通。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的危险废物处理系统,其特征在于:所述分气缸与烟气加热装置连通。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的危险废物处理系统,其特征在于:所述湿法脱酸塔连通有循环碱液池。
