Description
前記排ガス通路内で浮遊する燃焼灰と共に前記過熱器管に付着し、前記燃焼灰中の腐食性粒子を引き付ける腐食抑制粒子を含有し、前記腐食抑制粒子の粒子径は0.1μm以上10μm未満であって、前記腐食抑制粒子が、ゼオライト及びカオリンの少なくとも1つ又はそれを主成分とする化合物、又は、ゼオライト及びカオリンの混合物であることを特徴としている。

前記排ガス通路内に設けられた過熱器管と、
上記のボイラの腐食抑制剤を前記排ガス通路内に供給する腐食抑制装置とを備えることを特徴としている。

Claims (7)
- ボイラの燃焼排ガスが通る排ガス通路内に設けられた過熱器管の腐食を抑制するために前記排ガス通路内に供給されるボイラの腐食抑制剤であって、
前記排ガス通路内で浮遊する燃焼灰と共に前記過熱器管に付着し、前記燃焼灰中の腐食性粒子を引き付ける腐食抑制粒子を含有し、
前記腐食抑制粒子の粒子径は0.1μm以上10μm未満であって、
前記腐食抑制粒子が、ゼオライト及びカオリンの少なくとも1つ又はそれを主成分とする化合物、又は、ゼオライト及びカオリンの混合物である、ボイラの腐食抑制剤。 - 液体に前記腐食抑制粒子を混合して得られたスラリー状の混合物質である、請求項1に記載のボイラの腐食抑制剤。
- 前記腐食抑制粒子よりも粒子径が大きい粉体に前記腐食抑制粒子を混合して得られた粉状の混合物質である、請求項1に記載のボイラの腐食抑制剤。
- 燃焼炉と、
前記燃焼炉からの燃焼排ガスが通る排ガス通路と、
前記排ガス通路内に設けられた過熱器管と、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のボイラの腐食抑制剤を前記排ガス通路内に供給する腐食抑制装置とを
備える、ボイラ。 - 前記腐食抑制装置が、前記排ガス通路内のガス温度が前記腐食抑制粒子の融点よりも低い領域へ前記ボイラの腐食抑制剤を供給するように構成されている、請求項4に記載のボイラ。
- ボイラの燃焼排ガスが通る排ガス通路内に設けられた過熱器管の腐食を抑制するためのボイラの腐食抑制方法であって、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のボイラの腐食抑制剤を、前記排ガス通路の前記過熱器管より上流側へ供給する、ボイラの腐食抑制方法。 - 前記ボイラの腐食抑制剤を供給することが、前記排ガス通路内のガス温度が前記腐食抑制粒子の融点よりも低い領域へ前記ボイラの腐食抑制剤を供給することを含む、請求項6に記載のボイラの腐食抑制方法。
