Abstract
【解決手段】回転体に取り付けられて回転体に生じる捩り振動を減衰する振動減衰装置において、回転体と一体となって回転する転動室24と、転動室24内に転動可能に収容された転動体25と、転動体25に生じる遠心力が小さい場合に、転動体25を転動室24のいずれかの内壁面21Bに押し付けるように移動し、遠心力が大きい場合に、転動体25から離隔する方向に移動する可動部材23と、可動部材23における転動体25に対向する面23Aもしくは可動部材23によって転動体25が押し付けられるいずれかの内壁面21Bに形成され、転動体25に対して回転体の軸線方向に後退していて転動体25をその転動方向に対して拘束する凹部とを備えている。

Claims (4)
- 回転体に取り付けられて前記回転体に生じる捩り振動を減衰する振動減衰装置において、
前記回転体と一体となって回転する転動室と、
その転動室内に転動可能に収容された転動体と、
前記転動体に生じる遠心力が小さい場合に、前記転動体を前記転動室のいずれかの内壁面に押し付けるように移動し、前記遠心力が大きい場合に、前記転動体から離隔する方向に移動する可動部材と、
前記可動部材における前記転動体に対向する面もしくは前記可動部材によって前記転動体が押し付けられる前記いずれかの内壁面に形成され、前記転動体に対して前記回転体の軸線方向に後退していて前記転動体をその転動方向に対して拘束する凹部とを備えている
ことを特徴とする振動減衰装置。 - 前記転動体は、その転動の中心となる回転軸に直交する断面の形状が円形であり、
前記凹部に対向する前記転動体の面に、前記凹部に対して凸となった曲面が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の振動減衰装置。 - 複数の前記転動室を有し、前記複数の転動室における前記凹部によって拘束される前記転動体の転動方向での位置が同じであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の振動減衰装置。
- 前記転動室の内部に、前記転動体が転動する転動面が形成され、
前記凹部は、前記転動体がその転動方向で前記転動面の中央付近に固定されるように、前記転動面の中央付近に位置している前記転動体に対向する部分が前記軸線方向に最も後退して構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の振動減衰装置。
