Description
[2]樹脂フォーム層(A)は、フェノール樹脂フォームである、[1]に記載の断熱性積層体(不燃材料)。
[3]加熱膨張層(C)は、熱膨張性黒鉛である、[1]又は[2]に記載の断熱性積層体(不燃材料)。
[4]金属層(B)は、アルミニウムである、[1]〜[3]のいずれか一項に記載の断熱性積層体(不燃材料)。
[5]無機物シート(D)側から20分間50kW/m2の輻射熱を与えたときの総発熱量が8MJ/m2未満である、[1]〜[4]のいずれか一項に記載の断熱性積層体。
樹脂フォーム層:フェノール樹脂フォーム 旭化成建材、ネオマフォーム、25mm厚、 密度40kg/m3、両面にポリエチレンテレフタレート面材貼り
接着剤(樹脂フォーム層-金属層間):
エポキシ接着剤1 コニシ、EP431C
エポキシ接着剤2 セメダイン、EP20
ポリリン酸アンモニウム クラリアントジャパン、AP422
金属層:金属層(AL) 30μm厚アルミニウム箔
金属層(GFAL) 20μm厚アルミニウム箔、ガラス繊維補強85g/m2
加熱膨張層:酢ビ接着剤 Jケミカル、イソシア変性酢酸ビニル系接着剤
熱膨張黒鉛 鈴裕化学、GREP−EG、膨張開始温度200〜220℃、膨張度180〜230cc/g
炭酸カルシウム 日東粉化工業、SS#30
カオリン 林化成、ASP400P
ケイ酸マグネシウム 巴工業、セピオライト
ホウ酸亜鉛 早川商事、ファイヤーブレイクZB
無機物シート:無機物シート1 グランデックス、不燃紙(GP)、主成分はケイ酸マグネシウム、色彩値L*=83.5、金属光沢なし
無機物シート2 オリベスト、GT−2、主成分はケイ酸マグネシウム、色彩値L*=82.9、金属光沢なし
無機物シート3 阿波製紙、無機物シート試作品、色彩値L*=94.4、金属光沢なし
実施例及び比較例で得られた断熱性積層体について、発熱量測定を行い、これらの発熱しにくさ(不燃性能)を評価した。具体的には、断熱性積層体に無機物シート側から50kW/m2の輻射熱を与え、加熱開始後20分間における断熱性積層体の総発熱量をコーンカロリーメーターで測定した。20分間の総発熱量が8MJ/m2未満の場合には、不燃性を有するとし(合格:○)、20分間の総発熱量が8MJ/m2以上の場合には場合に不燃性を有しない(不合格:×)とした。
Claims (5)
- 樹脂フォーム層(A)上に、金属層(B)、加熱時に発泡又は膨張する材料を含む加熱膨張層(C)、及び無機物シート(D)がこの順に積層された、断熱性積層体。
- 前記樹脂フォーム層(A)は、フェノール樹脂フォームである、請求項1に記載の断熱性積層体。
- 前記加熱膨張層(C)は、熱膨張性黒鉛である、請求項1又は2に記載の断熱性積層体。
- 前記金属層(B)は、アルミニウムである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の断熱性積層体。
- 前記無機物シート(D)側から20分間50kW/m2の輻射熱を与えたときの総発熱量が8MJ/m2未満である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の断熱性積層体。
