Abstract
【解決手段】2枚の金属板1,2で芯材3を挟んだ断熱耐火パネルにおいて、2枚の金属板1,2と芯材3の表面と裏面とはそれぞれ接着剤4を介して接着される。そして、少なくとも金属板1と芯材3の表面側との間の接着剤4は、熱によって膨張して遮炎層6を形成する多数の熱膨張性粒子5を含有する。

Claims (4)
- 2枚の金属板で芯材を挟んだ断熱耐火パネルにおいて、前記2枚の前記金属板と前記芯材の表面と裏面とはそれぞれ接着剤を介して接着され、少なくとも前記金属板と前記芯材の表面側との間の前記接着剤は、熱によって膨張して遮炎層を形成する多数の熱膨張性粒子を含有することを特徴とする断熱耐火パネル。
- 前記熱膨張性粒子は、熱によって膨張する熱膨張性黒鉛であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱耐火パネル。
- 前記芯材は、繊維系断熱材であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の断熱耐火パネル。
- 前記芯材は、発泡樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の断熱耐火パネル。
