Abstract
【解決手段】一対のスライドピン有するフローティング型ディスクブレーキ装置において、キャリパの爪部内面に対してアウタパッドのプレッシャプレートを凹凸嵌合させ、アウタパッドには、一対のスライドピンを挿通させる貫通孔を設けてアウタパッドによる制動トルクをスライドピンにて支承可能とし、一対の貫通孔間の中心ピッチと前記スライドピン間の中心ピッチとの関係をロータ回出側に配置されたスライドピンが先行トルク受け部または後続トルク受け部となるように設定してなり、一対のスライドピンのうちの少なくとも後続トルク受け部となる側には、アウタパッドの貫通孔内周面を当該スライドピンに押付ける付勢力を発生させるパッドクリップを設け、パッドクリップは、制動時に発生するアウタパッドの回転モーメントの作用方向に付勢力を生じさせるように設定される。

Description
このような構成とすることによれば、車両が前進した場合であっても、後退した場合であっても、同様な効果を得ることができるようになる。
このような構成とすることにより、クリップの小型化と組付け性の向上を図ることができる。

の関係を満たすように、貫通孔66a,66bのピッチP1が定められている。このような構成とした場合図7に示すように、ロータ回出側に配置されたスライドピン24bが先行トルク受け部となる。制動時における制動トルクの付加状態について具体的に説明すると、制動初期時等の低制動トルク発生時には回出側に配置されたスライドピン24bのみに貫通孔66bの内壁が接触し、スライドピン24bのみに制動トルクが負荷されることとなる。一方、高い制動トルクが生じた場合には、回出側に配置されたスライドピン24bが制動トルク負荷方向に撓み、回入側に配置されたスライドピン24aに貫通孔66aの内壁が接触することとなり(後続トルク受け部)、一対のスライドピン24a,24bに制動トルクが分散されることとなる。このように、制動トルクの高低に応じて制動トルクを分散させることを可能にすることで、スライドピン24の大径化等、強度補強を行う必要性がなくなり、スライドピンの大径化に伴う重量増加等を抑制することができる。

となるように構成されている。よって、優弧部67aがロータ半径方向内側、弦部67bが半径方向外側に配置され、スライドピン24を基準にしてアウタパッド58を半径方向外側へ付勢させる構成としている。また、本実施形態で採用するパッドクリップ90(90a,90b)は、第3の実施形態に係るディスクブレーキ装置10aに使用したパッドクリップ90と同様である。第3の実施形態に係るディスクブレーキ装置10aとの相違点は、スライドピン24に対するパッドクリップ90における第2バネ部96先端の付勢方向にある。
Claims (3)
- サポートからロータ軸方向に延設されロータ回入側とロータ回出側に設けられた一対のスライドピンの延設方向に沿ってスライド可能に支持されるキャリパを有するフローティング型ディスクブレーキ装置において、
前記キャリパを前記スライドピンの基端側に係合させると共に、前記キャリパの爪部内面に対してアウタパッドのプレッシャプレートを凹凸嵌合させ、
前記アウタパッドには、前記一対のスライドピンの先端側を挿通させる貫通部を設けて前記アウタパッドによる制動トルクを前記スライドピンにて支承可能とし、
一対の前記貫通部間の中心ピッチP1と前記スライドピン間の中心ピッチP2との関係をロータ回出側に配置されたスライドピンが先行トルク受け部または後続トルク受け部となるように設定してなり、
前記一対のスライドピンのうちの少なくとも後続トルク受け部となる側には、前記アウタパッドの貫通部内周面を当該スライドピンに押付ける付勢力を発生させるクリップを設け、
前記クリップは、制動時に発生する前記アウタパッドの回転モーメントの作用方向に付勢力を生じさせるように設定されてなる、
ことを特徴とするディスクブレーキ装置。 - 前記クリップは、先行トルク受け部となるスライドピンに対しても、前記後続トルク受け部となるスライドピンと対称に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスクブレーキ装置。
- 前記クリップは、前記スライドピンをアンカとして前記アウタパッドのプレッシャプレートに係合されて付勢力を発生させる形状とされていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のディスクブレーキ装置。
