Abstract
【解決手段】(A)ポリプロピレン100質量部に対して、(B)(A)成分と相溶化しない熱可塑性樹脂0〜50質量部、(C)(A)成分及び(B)成分を相溶化させるための熱可塑性樹脂0.5〜50質量部、(D)アニオン界面活性剤から選ばれる1種以上とノニオン界面活性剤から選ばれる1種以上を含む界面活性剤混合物0.5〜15質量部を含有する洗浄用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。

Description
(A)ポリプロピレン100質量部に対して、
(B)(A)成分と相溶化しない熱可塑性樹脂0〜50質量部、
(C)(A)成分及び(B)成分を相溶化させるための熱可塑性樹脂0.5〜50質量部、及び
(D)アニオン界面活性剤から選ばれる1種以上とノニオン界面活性剤から選ばれる1種以上を含む界面活性剤混合物0.5〜15質量部を含有する洗浄用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物を提供する。
(A)成分のポリプロピレン樹脂は、単独重合体でもよいし、ブロック共重合体でもよい。ブロック共重合体は、プロピレンとエチレンのブロック共重合体が好ましい。
(B)成分は、(A)成分のポリプロピレン樹脂と相溶しない熱可塑性樹脂であり、本発明では必須の成分ではないが、含有することで洗浄性を高める成分である。
(C)成分の熱可塑性樹脂は、(A)成分のポリプロピレン樹脂と(B)成分の熱可塑性樹脂とを相容化するための成分である。なお、(B)成分を含有しない場合でも、(C)成分自体が洗浄効果を有しているため、(C)成分を含有することで、組成物としての洗浄性が高められる。
(D)成分は、アニオン界面活性剤から選ばれる1種以上とノニオン界面活性剤から選ばれる1種以上を含む界面活性剤混合物である。
脂肪族系界面活性剤としては、アルカンスルホン酸ナトリウム塩、α-オレフィンスル
ホン酸ナトリウム塩が好ましく、芳香族系界面活性剤としてはアルキルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム塩が好ましい。
脂肪族系界面活性剤と芳香族系界面活性剤の混合物を用いるときの含有割合(質量基準)は、脂肪族系界面活性剤/芳香族系界面活性剤が1/10〜10/1の範囲が好ましく、1/6〜6/1の範囲がより好ましく、1/3〜3/1の範囲がさらに好ましい。
これらの中でも、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、グリセリン脂肪酸エステル、12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸エステルから選ばれる1種以上が好ましい。
本発明の組成物は、さらに(E)成分として12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸の金属塩を含有することができる。
12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸の金属塩は、亜鉛塩、アルミニウム塩、カルシウム塩、マグネシウム塩を挙げることができるが、洗浄性をより高める観点からは、亜鉛塩、アルミニウム塩が好ましい。
本発明の組成物は、さらに無機フィラーを含有することができる。無機フィラーとしては、周知のガラス繊維や金属繊維のほか、特開2006−257297号公報に記載の溶融スラグ、鉄鋼スラグ又はこれらの破砕物、人造鉱物繊維から選ばれるものを挙げることができ、繊維状のもの、非繊維状のもの(粉末状、粒状、破砕物等)を用いることができる。
表1に示す組成の各成分をタンブラーブレンダーで混合後、押出機にて溶融混練し、ペレット状の熱可塑性樹脂組成物を得た。これらの組成物を使用し、下記の方法で洗浄試験を行った。結果を表1に示す。
実施例5、6と実施例10、11との対比から明らかなとおり、(E)成分として12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸亜鉛塩やアルミニウム塩を使用した場合には、12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸カルシウム塩、マグネシウム塩を使用した場合と比べると洗浄性が高められていた。

・ポリプロピレン:株式会社プライムポリマー製のプライムポリプロE111G(ホモポリマー,MFR0.5)
<(B)成分>
・AS樹脂:ダイセルポリマー株式会社製のセビアン−N 080SF
・MS樹脂:ダイセルポリマー株式会社製のセビアン−MAS30
<(C)成分>
・PP−g−AS:主鎖がPP、側鎖がASであるグラフトコポリマー(日油株式会社製のモディパーA3400)
・EEA−g−AS:主鎖がEEAで、側鎖がASであるグラフトコポリマー(日油株式会社製のモディパーA5400)
・EEA−g−P(BA/MMA):主鎖がEEAで、側鎖がブチルアクリレート/メチルメタクリレートの共重合体であるグラフトコポリマー(日油株式会社製のモディパーA5300)
<(D)成分>
・アニオン界面活性剤1:αオレフィンスルホン酸ナトリウム
・ノニオン界面活性剤1:グリセリンモノベヘネート
・ノニオン界面活性剤2:ソルビタントリベヘネート
・ノニオン界面活性剤3:グリセリン12−ヒドロキシモノステアレート
Claims (7)
- (A)ポリプロピレン100質量部に対して、
(B)(A)成分と相溶化しない熱可塑性樹脂0〜50質量部、
(C)(A)成分及び(B)成分を相溶化させるための熱可塑性樹脂0.5〜50質量部、及び
(D)アニオン界面活性剤から選ばれる1種以上とノニオン界面活性剤から選ばれる1種以上を含む界面活性剤混合物0.5〜15質量部を含有する洗浄用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - (B)成分の熱可塑性樹脂の含有量が3〜40質量部である、請求項1記載の洗浄用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- (B)成分の熱可塑性樹脂が、AS樹脂、MS樹脂、メタクリル酸メチル−無水マレイン酸−スチレン共重合体及びPMMA樹脂から選ばれる1種以上である、請求項1又は2記載の洗浄用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- (C)成分の熱可塑性樹脂が、オレフィン系樹脂を主鎖として、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル又はスチレンを含む重合体又は共重合体がグラフトされたグラフト共重合体であり、
前記のオレフィン樹脂が、ポリプロピレン、低密度ポリエチレン樹脂(LDPF)又はエチレン−エチルアクリレート樹脂(EEA)であり、
前記の(メタ)アクリル酸エステル又はスチレンを含む重合体又は共重合体が、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル樹脂、AS樹脂又はアクリル酸ブチル−メタクリル酸メチルの共重合体である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の洗浄用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。 - (D)成分のノニオン界面活性剤が、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、グリセリン脂肪酸エステル、12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸エステルから選ばれるものである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の洗浄用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- さらに(E)12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸の金属塩を含有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の洗浄用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
- (E)成分の12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸の金属塩が亜鉛塩又はアルミニウム塩である、請求項6記載の洗浄用の熱可塑性樹脂組成物。
