Abstract

Claims (18)
- 自動車用の段階的可変変速機(10)であって、前記段階的可変変速機は、複数個の前進歯車段(1,2,3,4・・・)及び少なくとも1つの後退歯車段(R)を有し、前記段階的可変変速機は、
−駆動入力シャフト構造体(12,14;38)と、
−出力シャフト構造体(16,18;40)と、
−遊び歯車及びシフト歯車を含む複数個の歯車列とを有し、前記遊び歯車は、シャフト構造体に回転自在に取り付けられると共にそれぞれのシフトクラッチ(SK)によって関連の前記シャフト構造体に回転的に固定された状態で連結できる、段階的可変変速機。 - 前記段階的可変変速機(10)は、ツインクラッチ変速機であり、前記駆動入力シャフト構造体(12,14)は、第1及び第2の部分変速機にそれぞれ割り当てられた第1及び第2の駆動入力シャフト(12,14)を有し、前記第1の部分変速機には、奇数番前進歯車段(1,3,5,・・・)が割り当てられ、前記第2の部分変速機には偶数番歯車段(2,4,・・・)が割り当てられている、請求項1記載の段階的可変変速機。
- 主として前記自動車を前進方向に始動させるために用いられる前記前進歯車段(1)及び前記後退歯車段(R)は、別々の部分変速機に割り当てられている、請求項2記載の段階的可変変速機。
- 前記駆動入力シャフト構造体(38)は、単一の駆動入力シャフト(38)を有する、請求項1記載の段階的可変変速機。
- 前記出力シャフト構造体(16,18)は、前記入力駆動シャフト構造体(12,14;38)と一緒になって、3シャフト構造体を形成する2本の出力シャフト(16,18)を有する、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載の段階的可変変速機。
- 或る特定の前進歯車段(2)は、前記出力シャフト(16,18)のうちの一方の出力シャフト(16)に割り当てられ、前記後退歯車段(R)は、他方の出力シャフト(18)に割り当てられている、請求項5記載の段階的可変変速機。
- 前記後退歯車段(R)は、或る特定の前進歯車段(2)を介して駆動される、請求項6記載の段階的可変変速機。
- 前記後退歯車段(R)は、前記或る特定の前進歯車段(2)を介して直接(28′)駆動される、請求項7記載の段階的可変変速機。
- 前記後退歯車段(R)は、前記或る特定の前進歯車段(2)に割り当てられた歯車列の遊び歯車に回転的に固定された状態で連結された歯車(28)を介して駆動される、請求項7記載の段階的可変変速機。
- 駐車ロック(30)が、前記出力シャフト(16,18)のうちの一方(16)に割り当てられている、請求項5〜9のうちいずれか一に記載の段階的可変変速機。
- 前記駐車ロック(30)は、他方の出力シャフト(18)の或る特定の前進歯車段(2)に軸方向に整列する、請求項10記載の段階的可変変速機。
- 前記或る特定の前進歯車段(2)は、第2の前進歯車段(2)である、請求項6〜11のうちいずれか一に記載の段階的可変変速機。
- 一方の部分変速機の前記前進歯車段のうちの2つの前進歯車段(3,5;4,6)は、別々の出力シャフトに割り当てられ、前記2つの前進歯車段(3,5;4,6)は、前記駆動入力シャフト構造体(12,14;38)に取り付けられた共通の固定歯車(34;32)を共有している、請求項2を引用項とする請求項5〜12のうちいずれか一に記載の段階的可変変速機。
- 前記2つの部分変速の前記前進歯車段のうちの2つの前進歯車段(3,5;4,6)は、それぞれ、互いに異なる出力シャフトに割り当てられ、前記2つの前進歯車段(3,5;4,6)は、それぞれ、前記駆動入力シャフト構造体(12,14;38)に取り付けられた共通の固定歯車を共有している、請求項2を引用項とする請求項5〜12のうちいずれか一に記載の段階的可変変速機。
- 第1の前進歯車段(1)及び第2の速前進歯車段(2)は、前記2本の出力シャフト(16,18)のうちの一方に割り当てられている、請求項5〜14のうちいずれか一に記載の段階的可変変速機。
- 第1の前進歯車段(1)は、短いアクスル間隔(S1)を置いて前記出力シャフト(16)に割り当てられている、請求項5〜15のうちいずれか一に記載の段階的可変変速機。
- 前記出力シャフト構造体(40)は、単一の出力シャフト(40)を有する、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の段階的可変変速機。
- 大きなトルクを伝達する前記前進歯車段(1,2,・・・)に割り当てられた歯車列は、前記出力シャフト構造体(16,18;40)の端部のところに配置されている、請求項1〜17のうちいずれか一に記載の段階的可変変速機。
