Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のセパレータ10は、高繊維材質からなる第一ダイアフラム11と、高繊維材質に接触する葉緑素材質からなる第二ダイアフラム12と、を備えている。本発明は、セパレータ10の製造方法及びセパレータ10を有する有機電池も提供する。本発明のセパレータ10及びこのセパレータ10を有する有機電池は、製造工程が簡単であり、且つ製造コストも低い。また、前記有機電池は、天然の環境保護物質によって従来の電池の汚染成分に取り替えるので、環境の汚染を免れ、従来の電池及び太陽電池よりさらに環境を保護することができる。

Claims (15)
- 高繊維材質と、
前記高繊維材質に接触する葉緑素材質と、
を備えることを特徴とするセパレータ。 - 前記葉緑素材質は粉末状であり、粉末状の前記葉緑素材質の粒子の直径は0.01μm〜1mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセパレータ。
- 前記高繊維材質は積層構造であり、前記葉緑素材質は、前記高繊維材質の1つの表面に設けられ、前記葉緑素材質は、押圧又は塗布によって、前記高繊維材質の表面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のセパレータ。
- 前記葉緑素材質は、天然木葉から抽出し且つ葉緑素分解酵素の作用により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のセパレータ。
- 前記高繊維材質は、有機塩類水溶液又は無機塩類水溶液を吸着した高繊維材質であり、前記有機塩類水溶液又は前記無機塩類水溶液の導電度は、10〜500ms/cmであり、前記高繊維材質の細孔の直径は、0.01μm〜1cmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のセパレータ。
- 前記葉緑素材質は、浸み込ませ又は吹き付けによって、前記高繊維材質上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のセパレータ。
- 前記セパレータの厚さは、0.01〜0.1mmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のセパレータ。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のセパレータを有することを特徴とする有機電池。
- 高繊維材質によって第一ダイアフラムを製造する第1のステップと、
葉緑素材質を使用して、前記第一ダイアフラム上に第二ダイアフラムを形成する第2のステップと、
を備えることを特徴とするセパレータの製造方法。 - 高繊維材質を前記第二ダイアフラム上に配置して第三ダイアフラムを形成する第3のステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のセパレータの製造方法。
- 前記第1のステップにおいて、25〜300℃に温度設定されたオーブンで有機塩類水溶液又は無機塩類水溶液を吸着した前記高繊維材質を焼き上げることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載のセパレータの製造方法。
- 前記高繊維材質を焼き上げる時間は、4〜10分であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のセパレータの製造方法。
- 前記第2のステップにおいて、前記葉緑素材質を前記第一ダイアフラム上に押圧するか又は塗布して第二ダイアフラムを形成することを特徴とする請求項9乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のセパレータの製造方法。
- 前記第2のステップにおいて、前記葉緑素材質を前記第一ダイアフラム上に液滴するか又は吹き付けることで第二ダイアフラムを形成することを特徴とする請求項9乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のセパレータの製造方法。
- 前記第2のステップにおいて、前記第一ダイアフラムをオーブンに入れて焼き上げ、前記葉緑素材質からなる第二ダイアフラムを前記第一ダイアフラムに付着させることを特徴とする請求項9乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のセパレータの製造方法。
