Abstract
【解決手段】固定クランプ10であって、少なくとも1つのクランプアセンブリ20,30と、このクランプアセンブリを通って延びる少なくとも1つのロック要素40とを有し、クランプアセンブリは、少なくとも1つの収容部71,73を有し、収容部の長手方向軸にそって固定要素を収容し、ロック要素はロック要素に張力をかけると固定要素をクランプするためのクランプ力を提供する固定クランプ。固定クランプは、固定要素と接触する作動要素を有し、固定要素は作動要素を用いて作動可能であり、この作動要素は、使用後ロック要素から取り外すことができ、ロック要素から作動要素を取り外した後は、ロック要素上への再取り付けが阻止されるように形成される。

Claims (15)
- 固定クランプ(10)、より具体的には、固定要素の助けを借りて互いに隣り合う(adjacent)骨片を保持するための創外固定システムで用いられる固定クランプ(10)であって、
少なくとも1つのクランプアセンブリ(20,30)と前記クランプアセンブリ(20,30)を通って延びる少なくとも1つのロック要素(40)を有し、
前記クランプアセンブリは、少なくとも1つの収容部(71,72,73)を有し、この収容部(71,72,73)の長手方向軸にそって固定要素を収容し、
前記ロック要素(40)は前記ロック要素(40)に張力をかけると前記固定要素をクランプするクランプ力を提供する固定クランプ(10)において、
前記固定クランプ(10)が、前記ロック要素(40)と関連する作動要素(90)を有し、前記ロック要素(40)は前記作動要素(90)を用いて作動可能であり、及び
前記作動要素(90)が、使用後前記ロック要素(40)から取り外すことができ、且つ、前記ロック要素(40)から前記作動要素(90)を取り外した後は、前記ロック要素(40)上への再取り付けが阻止されるように形成されることを特徴とする固定クランプ(10)。 - 前記作動要素(90)が、一回使い切りの又は使い捨ての要素として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の固定クランプ(10)。
- 前記作動要素(90)には、前記ロック要素(40)と係合する少なくとも1つのラッチ要素(91)が設けられ、又は、前記作動要素(90)が、互いから前記ロック要素(40)に対して斜めに(diagonal)配置される少なくとも2つ又は少なくとも3つのラッチ要素(91)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の固定クランプ(10)。
- 前記作動要素(90)が中心軸(M2)に沿って延びる中央開口部(92)と、少なくとも1つ、好ましくは4つの、前記中央開口部(92)の方向に延びる前記ラッチ要素(91)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の固定クランプ(10)。
- 前記作動要素(90)が、内部空間(94)を提供する実質的に円筒形の側壁(93)と、前記側壁(93)から前記内部空間(94)内へと延びる前面壁(95)とを有し、前記前面壁(95)が前記中央開口部(92)を有し、これに沿って前記ラッチ要素(91)が延びることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の固定クランプ(10)。
- 前記ロック要素(40)が凹所(46)を有し、この凹所に前記ラッチ要素(91)が係合し、前記凹所(46)が好ましくは、前記ロック要素(40)のヘッド部分(44)内へと延びることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の固定クランプ(10)。
- 前記ロック要素(40)の前記ヘッド部分(44)が、前記ロック要素(40)の中心軸(M)にほぼ垂直に延びる上面(47)と、前記中心軸(M)にほぼ平行に延びる複数の側面(48)とを有し、前記凹所(46)が前記側面内へと延びることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の固定クランプ(10)。
- 前記ラッチ要素(91)が、前記作動要素(90)を再取り付けする際、前記ロック要素(40)、特に前記上面(47)に当接するように配置される当接面(96)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の固定クランプ(10)。
- 前記ラッチ要素(91)が、取り付け工具(110)を用いて、ブロックポジションから取り付けポジションへと弾力的に変形可能であり、前記ブロックポジションにおいては、前記ラッチ要素(91)が、再取り付けを防止するために前記ロック要素(40)上に当接するように配置され、前記取り付けポジションにおいては、前記ラッチ要素(91)が、前記作動要素(90)が前記ロック要素(40)に対し可動であるように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の固定クランプ(10)。
- 前記取り付け工具(110)が、前記ラッチ要素(91)の間の隙間を前記ロック要素(40)を受け入れるために広げるように、前記ラッチ要素(91)を前記側壁(93)の方に変形させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の固定クランプ(10)。
- 前記ラッチ要素(91)が、前記側壁(93)又は前記前面壁(95)と接触する第1の端部(98)と、解放端部(loose end)として提供される第2の端部(99)とを有する弾力性のある又は弾力的な梁要素として提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の固定クランプ(10)。
- 前記ラッチ要素(91)が、前記ロック要素(40)、好ましくは前記凹所(46)に係合する係合要素(97)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の固定クランプ(10)。
- 前記係合要素(97)及び/又は前記当接面(96)が、前記第2の端部(99)付近に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の固定クランプ(10)。
- 前記作動要素(90)が、使用者の手と前記作動要素との間の摩擦を高めるために、摩擦増強要素(100)を有する外側表面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の固定クランプ(10)。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の固定クランプ(10)上に作動要素(90)を再取り付けするのに適した工具(110)であって、前記工具(110)は、前記ラッチ要素(91)と係合し、且つ前記ラッチ要素(91)を前記中心軸(M2)から離れる方に押し、その結果前記作動要素(90)が殺菌された固定クランプの前記ロック要素(40)上に取り付けられるように構成される工具部分(111)を含むことを特徴とする工具(110)。
