Abstract
【解決手段】固定装置を有するペディクル・スクリューは、台座部とこれを閉鎖するための固定栓とを備える。台座部の台座凹部に挿入された弾性ロッド部品は脊柱を安定させる機能を果たし、一定形態を維持するように保持される。固定栓は締め具の機能を有し、それによって吸収した力をロッド部品からペディクル・スクリューに伝達する。固定栓に係合手段が設けられており、この係合手段を利用して、固定栓が台座凹部内で安定した定位置に自動的に固定される。

Claims (8)
- 弾性ロッド部品を固定する固定装置を有するペディクル・スクリューであって、
略U字形状の台座凹部を有する台座部を備え、前記台座凹部には前記ペディクル・スクリューの前記台座部を閉鎖するように固定栓を挿入可能であり、前記台座部は、自身の中に配置可能な、脊柱を安定させる機能を果たす弾性ロッド部品を受け、それを保持手段によって保持するためのものであり、
前記固定栓が締め金の機能を果たし、その結果前記ロッド部品の長手方向に作用する力を前記ペディクル・スクリューへ伝達することが可能となるように、前記ロッド部品、前記台座部の略U字形状の台座凹部、及び前記固定栓の各々は互いに対応する突条部又は溝部表面構造を有し、前記表面構造はそれぞれの接触箇所で一定形態を維持するように互いに係合することを特徴とする、ペディクル・スクリュー。 - 請求項1記載のペディクル・スクリューであって、
前記保持手段は、前記固定栓に設けられた係合手段と、前記略U字形状の台座凹部内の対応する受け取り手段とからなり、前記係合手段は前記固定栓が前記台座部内へ配置される際に、自動的に定位置に固定されることを特徴とする、ペディクル・スクリュー。 - 請求項2記載のペディクル・スクリューであって、
前記係合手段は、少なくとも2つの逆向きのフックとして設計され、互いに弾性移動自在に設けられることによって、前記固定栓は前記台座部の2本のアーム上に設けられた係合凹部と係合し、前記挿入状態において安定した位置につくことが可能となることを特徴とする、ペディクル・スクリュー。 - 請求項3記載のペディクル・スクリューであって、
前記固定栓には、前記各フックに隣接する窪みまたは突起部が設けられると共に、略中央にも窪みが設けられており、これらの各窪みまたは各突起部に対して器具が係合し、前記各フックに隣接する前記各窪みまたは前記各突起部を共に加圧することによって前記各フックの間隔を狭めることができ、それによって、取り外しの際には前記固定栓を取り外すことができ、また、略中央の前記窪みまたは突起部により正確な挿入を実現できることを特徴とする、ペディクル・スクリュー。 - 請求項1記載のペディクル・スクリューであって、
前記突条部または溝部表面構造は前記ロッド部品に対して横方向に延びており、前記台座凹部の突条部または溝部は前記台座部が形成する前記アームの端部まで延在することを特徴とする、ペディクル・スクリュー。 - 請求項3又は請求項4記載のペディクル・スクリューであって、
前記固定栓内で、互いに対応して弾性移動自在に配置された前記2つの逆向きのフックの間に配置された部分が、弾性力付与部分として設計されることを特徴とする、ペディクル・スクリュー。 - 請求項1記載のペディクル・スクリューであって、
前記固定栓は、例えばポリウレタンなどの弾性合成材料で構成されることを特徴とする、ペディクル・スクリュー。 - 請求項1記載のペディクル・スクリューであって、
前記略U字形状の台座凹部には少なくとも1つの係合突起部が設けられており、前記係合突起部は、ロッド部品の挿入時にねじれ防止を用いた修正可能な事前固定を実現できるように、挿入されたロッド部品の係合が可能となるような位置に設けられることを特徴とする、ペディクル・スクリュー。
