Abstract
【解決手段】ケーシング2内に形成したロータ室3に互いに咬合する雌雄一対のスクリュロータ4,5を収容し、スクリュロータ4,5によって吸込流路10から吸い込んだ気体を圧縮して吐出流路12から吐出するスクリュ圧縮機1は、ロータ室3内の空間であって、吸込流路10および吐出流路12からスクリュロータ4,5によって隔離され得る中間圧力部と、吐出流路12に連通するバイパス流路22とに開口する機能端面23を備える柱状空間20と、柱状空間内20に嵌装され、機能端面23に当接することより中間圧力部とバイパス流路22とを隔離するピストン21とを有し、柱状空間20の機能端面2と反対側の空間を吐出流路12に連通させる検圧流路24が設けられている。

Claims (3)
- ケーシング内に形成したロータ室に互いに咬合する雌雄一対のスクリュロータを収容し、前記スクリュロータによって吸込流路から吸い込んだ気体を圧縮して吐出流路から吐出するスクリュ圧縮機であって、
前記ロータ室内の空間であって、前記吸込流路および前記吐出流路から前記スクリュロータによって隔離され得る中間圧力部と、前記吐出流路に連通するバイパス流路とに開口する機能端面を備える柱状空間と、
前記柱状空間内に嵌装され、前記機能端面に当接することより前記中間圧力部と前記バイパス流路とを隔離するピストンとを有し、
前記柱状空間の前記機能端面と反対側の空間を前記吐出流路に連通させる検圧流路を設けたことを特徴とするスクリュ圧縮機。 - 前記柱状空間の前記機能端面と反対側の空間を前記吸込流路に連通させる低圧流路をさらに有し、
前記検圧流路を遮断できる検圧流路弁と、前記低圧流路を遮断できる低圧流路弁とを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクリュ圧縮機。 - 前記中間圧力部は、前記スクリュロータの回転位置によっては、前記吐出流路と連通し得る部分であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のスクリュ圧縮機。
