Abstract
【解決手段】 メタクリル系単量体を主成分とする単量体成分を含む原料混合物の重合反応を行う重合反応槽10と、該重合反応槽10内で原料混合物の攪拌を行う、回転可能なシャフト20に取り付けられた攪拌翼22と、シャフト20を支持する軸封軸受け部30と、を備える、メタクリル系重合体を製造するための重合反応装置であって、軸封軸受け部30の軸シール部32は、アジピン酸エステル、フタル酸エステル、ジイソ酪酸エステル及びアセチル化グリセライドからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種をメカニカルシール液として用いたメカニカルシールにより形成されている、重合反応装置。

Claims (2)
- メタクリル系単量体を主成分とする単量体成分を含む原料混合物の重合反応を行う重合反応槽と、
該重合反応槽内で前記原料混合物の攪拌を行う、回転可能なシャフトに取り付けられた攪拌翼と、
前記シャフトを支持する軸封軸受け部と、
を備える、メタクリル系重合体を製造するための重合反応装置であって、
前記軸封軸受け部の軸シール部は、アジピン酸エステル、フタル酸エステル、ジイソ酪酸エステル及びアセチル化グリセライドからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種をメカニカルシール液として用いたメカニカルシールにより形成されている、重合反応装置。 - 請求項1記載の重合反応装置の前記重合反応槽内に、前記メタクリル系単量体を主成分とする前記単量体成分を含む前記原料混合物を連続的に供給し、重合反応を行う工程を有する、メタクリル系重合体の製造方法。
