Claims (3)
- メタクリル系単量体を主成分とする単量体成分を含む原料混合物の重合反応を行う重合反応槽と、
該重合反応槽内で前記原料混合物の攪拌を行う、回転可能なシャフトに取り付けられた攪拌翼と、
前記シャフトを支持する軸封軸受け部と、
を備える、メタクリル系重合体を製造するための重合反応装置であって、
前記軸封軸受け部の軸シール部は、アルキル基の炭素数が8〜10であるアジピン酸エステル、アルキル基の炭素数が8〜10であるフタル酸エステル、アルカンジイル基の炭素数が8であるジイソ酪酸エステル及びヒドロキシ基を有していてもよい炭素数10〜22の脂肪酸残基を有するアセチル化グリセライドからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種をメカニカルシール液として用いたメカニカルシールにより形成されている、重合反応装置。 - 前記メカニカルシール液が、アジピン酸ビス(2−エチルヘキシル)、アジピン酸ジイソノニル、アジピン酸ジイソデシル、フタル酸ビス(2−エチルヘキシル)、フタル酸ジイソノニル、フタル酸ジイソデシル、2,2,4−トリメチル−1,3−ペンタンジオールジイソブチラート、グリセリンジアセトモノラウレート、グリセリンジアセトモノステアレート、グリセリンジアセトモノオレート、グリセリンジアセトモノリノレート、グリセリンジアセトモノ12−ヒドロキシステアレート、グリセリンジアセトモノミリステート、グリセリンジアセトモノパルミテート、グリセリンモノアセトモノステアレート、グリセリンモノアセトモノミリステート、グリセリンモノアセトモノパルミネート、グリセリンモノアセトモノリシノレート、グリセリンモノアセトモノ12−ヒドロキシステアレート、グリセリンモノアセトモノベヘネート、グリセリンモノアセトモノオレート、グリセリンモノアセトモノラウレート、グリセリンモノアセトジオレート、グリセリンモノアセトジリシノレート、グリセリンモノアセトジカプリレート、グリセリンモノアセトジラウレート及びグリセリンモノアセトジステアレートからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種である、請求項1記載の重合反応装置。
- 請求項1又は2記載の重合反応装置の前記重合反応槽内に、前記メタクリル系単量体を主成分とする前記単量体成分を含む前記原料混合物を連続的に供給し、重合反応を行う工程を有する、メタクリル系重合体の製造方法。
