Abstract
【解決手段】運転者の所定の操作に応じて出力制限を解除または復帰させ、この出力制限の解除または復帰には、それぞれ所定の解除レートまたは所定の復帰レートが設定可能である出力制限制御部を有するハイブリッド自動車を構成する。

Description
図4の「START」では、キースイッチ21がON状態であり、ハイブリッドECU18がプログラムを実行し、ハイブリッドECU18に出力制限制御部30が実現されている状態であり、手続きはステップS1に進む。なお、「START」では、ハイブリッド自動車1は、出力制限実施中の状態である。
「START」の条件は、フロー♯1と同じであり、手続きはステップS5に進む。
以上説明したフロー♯1および♯2の処理において、フロー♯1および♯2の処理が少なくともその一部が並行に行われるとき(これを処理の競合と称する)の処理について以下に説明する。
ハイブリッド自動車1は、出力制限制御部30は、所定のアクセル開度を超える運転者の急峻なアクセル操作に対しては、出力制限を即座に解除すると共に、急峻なアクセル操作からの復帰時には、所定の復帰レートに基づいて出力制限を緩やかに復帰させる。すなわち運転者が急峻で大きなアクセル操作を行う状況は、運転者が大きな加速度を要求している状態である。そこで運転者の要求を満たすべく即座に出力制限を解除する。一方、運転者のアクセル操作が通常に復帰したら所定のレートで出力制限を復帰させる。これにより運転者に急制動のショックを与えることなく出力制限を復帰させることができる。このようにして出力制限を行いながら運転者のドライバビリティを向上させることができる。
エンジン10は、内燃機関であると説明したが、外燃機関を含む熱機関であってもよい。
Claims (8)
- エンジンと電動機とを有し、前記エンジンもしくは前記電動機、または前記エンジンと前記電動機とが協働して走行可能なハイブリッド自動車に搭載され、前記エンジンおよび/または前記電動機から出力されるトルクに制限を加える出力制限手段を有する出力制限制御装置において、
前記出力制限手段は、運転者の所定の操作に応じて出力制限を解除または復帰させ、この出力制限の解除または復帰には、それぞれ所定の解除レートまたは所定の復帰レートが設定可能である、
ことを特徴とする出力制限制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の出力制限制御装置であって、
前記所定の操作は、アクセル操作および方向指示器の操作であり、
前記出力制限手段は、所定のアクセル開度を超える運転者の急峻なアクセル操作に対しては、出力制限を即座に解除すると共に、前記急峻なアクセル操作からの復帰時には、所定の復帰レートに基づいて出力制限を緩やかに復帰させ、運転者の方向指示器の操作に対しては、出力制限を所定の解除レートに基づいて緩やかに解除すると共に、前記方向指示器の操作の終了時には、所定の復帰レートに基づいて出力制限を緩やかに復帰させる、
ことを特徴とする出力制限制御装置。 - 請求項2記載の出力制限制御装置であって、
アクセル操作に起因する前記出力制限の解除から復帰までの一連の制御と、方向指示器の操作に起因する前記出力制限の解除から復帰までの一連の制御とが、少なくともその一部が並行に行われるときには、制御の結果のトルクの値の大きい方が採用される、
ことを特徴とする出力制限制御装置。 - 請求項2記載の出力制限制御装置であって、
アクセル操作に起因する前記出力制限の解除から復帰までの一連の制御と方向指示器の操作に起因する前記出力制限の解除から復帰までの一連の制御のいずれか一方の制御が行われているときには、他方の制御は行われない、
ことを特徴とする出力制限制御装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の出力制限制御装置であって、
前記出力制限手段が出力制限の解除を行っていることを表示する出力制限解除表示部を有する、
ことを特徴とする出力制限制御装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の出力制限制御装置を有することを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車。
- エンジンと電動機とを有し、前記エンジンもしくは前記電動機、または前記エンジンと前記電動機とが協働して走行可能なハイブリッド自動車に搭載され、前記エンジンおよび/または前記電動機から出力されるトルクに制限を加える出力制限手段を有する出力制限制御装置の出力制限制御方法において、
運転者の所定の操作に応じて出力制限を解除または復帰させ、この出力制限の解除または復帰には、それぞれ所定の解除レートまたは所定の復帰レートが設定可能である出力制限制御ステップを有する、
ことを特徴とする出力制限制御方法。 - 情報処理装置に、請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の出力制限制御装置の機能を実現させることを特徴とするプログラム。
