Abstract
【解決手段】ミッションケース15の変速機収容室19には、作動油Xが貯留されるとともに無段変速機構20が収容される。また、ミッションケース15のバルブ収容室50には、作動油Xが貯留されるとともにバルブユニット51が収容される。このようにバルブユニット51を収容するバルブ収容室50は、変速機収容室19の油面高さOLよりも上方に配置される。さらに、バルブ収容室50と変速機収容室19とは、ドレンプラグ59によって閉じられるドレンポート58を介して連通している。バルブユニット51を取り外す際には、ドレンプラグ59を外してドレンポート58が開放される。これにより、バルブ収容室50から変速機収容室19に作動油Xを移動させることができ、ミッションケース15から作動油Xを抜き取ることなくバルブユニット51の取り外しが可能となる。

Claims (5)
- オイルが貯留されるとともに変速機構が収容される変速機収容室を、変速機ケースに形成し、
オイルが貯留されるとともにバルブユニットが収容されるバルブ収容室を、前記変速機収容室の油面高さよりも上方に前記変速機ケースに形成し、
前記バルブ収容室と前記変速機収容室とを連通するドレンポートを形成し、前記ドレンポートに脱着自在にドレンプラグを組み付け、
前記バルブ収容室からオイルを排出する際には、前記ドレンプラグを取り外して前記バルブ収容室から前記変速機収容室にオイルを案内し、前記変速機ケース内にオイルを留めることを特徴とする変速機油路構造。 - 請求項1記載の変速機油路構造において、
前記変速機収容室から前記バルブ収容室にオイルを供給するオイルポンプを有することを特徴とする変速機油路構造。 - 請求項1または2記載の変速機油路構造において、
前記ドレンプラグの端部を前記変速機ケースの外側に露出させることを特徴とする変速機油路構造。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の変速機油路構造において、
前記ドレンプラグに一端が前記バルブ収容室に開口して他端が前記変速機収容室に開口する排出流路を形成し、
前記バルブ収容室内の過剰なオイルを前記排出流路から前記変速機収容室に案内し、前記バルブ収容室内の油面高さを一定に保持することを特徴とする変速機油路構造。 - 請求項1または2記載の変速機油路構造において、
前記ドレンプラグは前記バルブユニットを固定する締結ボルトであることを特徴とする変速機油路構造。
