Abstract
【解決手段】熱硬化性接着剤粒子とリン酸塩又はモリブデン酸塩などの防錆フィラーを含有する、金属板と多孔質材の接着に用いる粉体接着剤であって、前記防錆フィラーの含有量が、前記熱硬化性接着剤粒子100質量部に対し0.1〜1.0質量部である粉体接着剤。

Description
本発明は、苛酷な環境下かつ高負荷条件下の履歴を受けた金属板と多孔質材を接着した物の、より一層の接着信頼性向上を図ることを課題とする。
本発明者らは、上記課題を解決すべく鋭意検討を行った結果、粉体接着剤に防錆フィラーを適量含有させることで、接着力を低下させることなく接着面の防錆性を向上させることができ、苛酷な環境下かつ高負荷条件下においても接着力を維持できることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
即ち、本発明は下記の構成を有する。
熱硬化性接着剤としては、熱可塑性樹脂変性熱硬化性接着剤又はエラストマー変性熱硬化性接着剤を挙げることができる。
ことによって、接着力の低下を抑制する効果があると推定される。
ベース樹脂としてストレートフェノール樹脂(ノボラック型)100質量部、硬化剤としてヘキサメチレンテトラミン10質量部、防錆フィラーとしてトリポリリン酸アルミニウム0.1質量部をコニーダに投入し、120℃で溶融混練して、複合体を得た。得られた複合体を冷却後粉砕し、体積平均粒径35μmの接着剤1を得た。
防錆フィラーの添加量を0.5質量部、1.0質量部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、接着剤2及び3を得た。
防錆フィラーを含まないこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、接着剤4を得た。
実施例1、2、3及び比較例の接着剤を、それぞれプレッシャープレートに静電塗布し、プレキュアした(プレキュア条件 125℃×25分)。接着層の厚みが40μmとなった。前記接着剤付プレッシャープレートと、表1に示す原料を混合し予備成形した摩擦材予備成形品とを圧着して熱成形し、その後加熱して、摩擦材(ブレーキパッド)を製造した。
製造した摩擦材について、せん断試験を行った。せん断試験はJIS D4422に準拠し、常温及び300℃で、せん断強度、母材破壊面積を測定した。結果を表2に示す。
一方、表3より、防錆フィラーを添加した実施例の摩擦材は、塩水噴霧による接着面錆発生試験において、防錆フィラーを含まない比較例と比べて、錆の発生が少ないことが明らかである。
Claims (4)
- 少なくとも熱硬化性接着剤粒子と防錆フィラーを含有する、金属板と多孔質材の接着に用いる粉体接着剤であって、前記防錆フィラーの含有量が、前記熱硬化性接着剤粒子100質量部に対し0.1〜1.0質量部である粉体接着剤。
- 前記防錆フィラーがリン酸塩又はモリブデン酸塩である、請求項1に記載の粉体接着剤。
- 金属板に多孔質材を接着するための方法であって、
請求項1又は2に記載の粉体接着剤を金属板に静電塗布し、プレキュアして予備硬化させる工程、及び多孔質材を前記予備硬化させた粉体接着剤上に圧着加熱する工程、を含む接着方法。 - 金属板と多孔質材を接着した物の製造方法であって、
