Abstract
【解決手段】排気管11の途中に装備したパティキュレートフィルタ12(排気浄化材)の上流にバーナ14を設け、該バーナ14の燃焼により前記パティキュレートフィルタ12を加熱し得るようにした後処理バーナシステムの暖機方法に関し、バーナ14の雰囲気温度が所定温度以下となっている条件下で前記バーナ14の燃料噴霧を担う電磁弁式のインジェクタ15に対し燃料供給を停止した状態で通電を行い、インジェクタ15内部の電磁コイルに通電によるジュール熱を発生させて暖機を行う。

Claims (2)
- 排気管の途中に装備した排気浄化材の上流にバーナを設け、該バーナの燃焼により前記排気浄化材を加熱し得るようにした後処理バーナシステムの暖機方法であって、バーナの雰囲気温度が所定温度以下となっている条件下で前記バーナの燃料噴霧を担う電磁弁式のインジェクタに対し燃料供給を停止した状態で通電を行い、インジェクタ内部の電磁コイルに通電によるジュール熱を発生させて暖機を行うことを特徴とする後処理バーナシステムの暖機方法。
- インジェクタに対する通電時間をバーナの雰囲気温度に応じて変更することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の後処理バーナシステムの暖機方法。
