Abstract
【解決手段】入力軸と、ロータおよびステータを有するモータと、ロータに一体的に結合されかつ入力軸に係脱される出力軸と、ロータに設けられる回転部および静止して回転部と成す角度を検出する固定部からなる回転角度センサと、入力軸及び出力軸を軸承するとともにモータおよび回転角度センサを収納するケースと、を備えるハイブリッド車両用駆動装置であって、ケースの回転軸線と直角な方向に延在する側壁部(後側壁部73)は、回転角度センサ(レゾルバ)の固定部(レゾルバステータ62)を回転軸線と同軸にかつ角度位置調整可能に固定する角度調整部材と、回転角度センサの固定部に接続されたハーネス63を移動可能に保持するクランプ部材81と、を有する。

Claims (7)
- エンジンに回転可能に連結される入力軸と、
ロータおよびステータを有するモータと、
前記ロータと同一の回転軸線上に配置されて前記ロータに一体的に結合され、かつ前記入力軸に係脱される出力軸と、
前記ロータに設けられて共に回転する回転部および静止して前記回転部と成す角度を検出する固定部からなり、前記ロータの回転角度を検出する回転角度センサと、
前記入力軸及び前記出力軸を前記回転軸線上に回転可能に軸承するとともに、前記モータおよび前記回転角度センサを収納するケースと、を備えるハイブリッド車両用駆動装置であって、
前記ケースの前記回転軸線と直角な方向に延在する側壁部は、前記回転角度センサの前記固定部を前記回転軸線と同軸にかつ角度調整可能に支持する角度調整部材と、前記回転角度センサの前記固定部に接続されたハーネスを移動可能に保持するクランプ部材と、を有することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1において、前記ケースは鋳造製であり、
前記クランプ部材が対向する前記側壁部の鋳肌面を加工して滑らかな加工面とし、
前記クランプ部材は前記滑らかな加工面との間に前記ハーネスを移動可能に保持することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項2において、前記クランプ部材は、前記側壁部に平行して長手方向に延在する平行部と、前記平行部の幅方向の両縁が前記側壁部から遠ざかるように滑らかに曲げられた曲げ部とを有し、前記長手方向が前記ハーネスと交差するように配置されることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。
- 請求項3において、
前記クランプ部材は、前記平行部の前記長手方向の両端に取付部を有し、
前記側壁部は、前記クランプ部材の前記取付部を固定する取付座を有し、
前記クランプ部材を前記側壁部に取り付ける際に前記クランプ部材の表裏を間違えても、前記クランプ部材の前記曲げ部が前記側壁部の前記取付座に当接して、表裏を間違えた取り付けが防止されることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項において、
前記回転角度センサはレゾルバであり、前記回転角度センサの前記回転部は前記ロータに同軸に固定されたレゾルバロータであり、前記回転角度センサの固定部はレゾルバステータであり、
前記クランプ部材は、前記レゾルバステータに接続されたハーネスを移動可能に保持することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - ロータを有するモータと、
前記ロータに設けられて共に回転する回転部および静止して前記回転部と成す角度を検出する固定部からなり前記ロータの回転角度を検出する回転角度センサと、を収容するケースにおいて、
前記回転角度センサの前記固定部を前記ロータの回転軸線と同軸に配置しかつ前記固定部と前記回転部との成す角度を調整する調整部材と、前記固定部に接続される配線を移動可能に保持するクランプ部材と、備えることを特徴とするケース。 - 請求項6において、前記クランプ部材が対向する前記ケースの内面は滑らかな加工面であり、前記クランプ部材は前記滑らかな加工面との間に前記配線を移動可能に保持することを特徴とするケース。
