Abstract
【解決手段】第1電極および第2電極を含んで充電および放電を行なう複数の電極アセンブリーと、前記複数の電極アセンブリーが内蔵されるケースと、前記複数の電極アセンブリーのうちの一側外側に配置された電極アセンブリーの第1平坦面に接するように配置された第1側板と、前記第1平坦面に対向する前記電極アセンブリーの第2平坦面に接するように配置された第2側板と、前記第1側板および前記第2側板を電気的に連結する連結部とを有する安全部材と、を含み、前記安全部材は、前記第1電極に電気的に連結された、2次電池。

Claims (14)
- 第1電極および第2電極を含んで充電および放電を行なう複数の電極アセンブリーと;
前記複数の電極アセンブリーが内蔵されるケースと;
前記複数の電極アセンブリーのうちの一側外側に配置された電極アセンブリーの第1平坦面に接するように配置された第1側板と、前記第1平坦面に対向する前記電極アセンブリーの第2平坦面に接するように配置された第2側板と、前記第1側板および前記第2側板を電気的に連結する連結部とを有する安全部材と;
を含み、
前記安全部材は、前記第1電極に電気的に連結された、2次電池。 - 前記連結部は、対向面を有するように2段折り曲げられた板形態で形成された、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1電極は、活物質がコーティングされずに集電体が露出した無地部を含み、前記連結部は、前記無地部を嵌合して前記無地部に溶接で固定された、請求項1または2に記載の2次電池。
- 前記ケースは、前記第2電極と電気的に連結された、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記ケースに結合されたキャッププレートと、
前記第2電極と電気的に連結され、前記キャッププレートの外側に突出した第2電極端と、
をさらに含み、
前記第2電極端子には、前記キャッププレートと接触する連結部材が設置された、請求項4に記載の2次電池。 - 前記第1電極は負極である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1側板および前記第2側板の表面には絶縁フィルムが付着された、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記安全部材は、複数の電極アセンブリーのうちの積層方向に最外側に配置された二つの電極アセンブリーをそれぞれ嵌合する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記安全部材が嵌合設置された前記電極アセンブリーは、安全部材が嵌合設置されない電極アセンブリーと隣接して配置された、請求項8に記載の2次電池。
- 前記連結部は、前記第1側板および前記第2側板の一側側端に連結された、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記連結部は、前記第1側板および前記第2側板の上端または下端に連結された、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1側板または前記第2側板には、前記電極アセンブリーに溶接で固定された接続突起が形成された、請求項11に記載の2次電池。
- 前記安全部材は、他側外側に配置された第2電極アセンブリーの平坦面に接する第3側板および第4側板と、前記第3側板および前記第4側板を連結する第2連結部とをさらに含み、
前記第1側板および前記第4側板は、電極アセンブリーの最外側に配置され、
前記第2側板および前記第3側板には、前記第2側板および前記第3側板を連結する第3連結部が形成された、請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記安全部材は、ジグザグ形態に折り曲げられて形成された、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の2次電池。
