Abstract

Claims (21)
- 第1電極アセンブリおよび第2電極アセンブリを含む複数の電極アセンブリと、
前記複数の電極アセンブリを収容するケースと、
前記第1電極アセンブリと前記ケースとの間に位置する第1導電板と、
前記第1導電板を前記第2電極アセンブリに締結する第1接触部材とを含むことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記第2電極アセンブリは、前記第1電極アセンブリより前記第1導電板からより遠くに位置するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1導電板は、前記第1電極アセンブリに電気的に連結されていないことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、前記第2電極アセンブリと前記ケースとの間に位置する第2導電板と、
前記第2導電板を前記第1電極アセンブリに電気的に連結する第2接触部材とをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1電極アセンブリは、前記第2電極アセンブリより前記第2導電板からより遠くに位置するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2導電板は、前記第2電極アセンブリに電気的に連結されていないことを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、前記ケースの開口を覆うキャッププレートをさらに含み、
前記第2接触部材は、前記キャッププレート近傍で前記第2導電板に電気的に連結されたことを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1接触部材は、前記第2電極アセンブリの負極に電気的に連結されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、前記負極に連結された集電部材をさらに含み、
前記負極は、前記第1接触部材を前記集電部材に電気的に連結するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の二次電池。 - 前記二次電池は、前記第1接触部材、負極および集電部材を貫通する固定部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記固定部材は、リベットを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、前記第1接触部材を前記負極に電気的に連結する集電部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1接触部材と前記集電部材とは、互いに溶接されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1導電板と前記第1接触部材は、それぞれ金属を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、前記第1導電板と前記第1電極アセンブリとの間に位置する絶縁フィルムをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁フィルムは、ポリマー物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1導電板と前記第1接触部材とは、一体的に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、前記ケースの開口に結合されるキャッププレートをさらに含み、
前記第1接触部材は、前記キャッププレートから離れた位置で前記第1導電板に締結されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の二次電池。 - 前記二次電池は、前記第1接触部材の一部分に締結される絶縁フィルムをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記複数の電極アセンブリは、前記第2電極アセンブリに隣接し、前記第1導電板と電気的に連結された第3電極アセンブリをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記複数の電極アセンブリは、少なくとも第3電極アセンブリおよび第4電極アセンブリをさらに含み、
前記第3電極アセンブリは、前記第2電極アセンブリと第4電極アセンブリとの間に位置し、
前記第3電極アセンブリは、前記第1導電板に電気的に連結され、前記第4電極アセンブリは、前記第2導電板に電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
