Abstract
【解決手段】この反応器は可とう性の管状部材である、少なくとも1つの容器を備えていてもよい。また、この反応器は管状部材の内側空間に沿って所定間隔で空間をあけられて配置された複数のバッフルを備えていてもよく、この複数のバッフルには、それぞれ1つ以上のオリフィスが備わっている。さらに、1つ以上の流体が管状部材を流れてもよい。振動流式連続反応器を乳化凝集プロセスで用いて、トナー粒子を製造してもよい。

Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つの入口と、少なくとも1つの出口と、複数のバッフルとを備える少なくとも1つの管状部材が設けられ、このバッフルには、前記管状部材の内側空間に沿って所定間隔で空間をあけられて配置された1つ以上のオリフィスが備わっている、振動流式連続反応器を与えることと;
前記管状部材に、少なくとも1つの樹脂と、少なくとも1つの着色剤と、場合によりワックスとを含むトナー成分を導入することと;
前記成分を凝集させ、トナー粒子を製造することと;
前記トナー粒子を融着させることと;
前記管状部材から前記トナー粒子を回収することとを含み、
このプロセスが連続プロセスである、トナーを製造するプロセス。 - 前記トナー成分が、前記管状部分の長さ方向に沿って異なる位置で前記管状部材に導入される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記複数のバッフルが前記管状部材に固定されている、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記複数のバッフルが、材料を混合することと、前記反応器を流れる流体流とが独立して起こるような構成になっており、前記トナー成分が、前記管状部材中で約5〜約180分の滞留時間を有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 複数の前記振動流式連続反応器を直列で用いる、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 第1の振動流式連続反応器が、接続部材を介して第2の振動流式連続反応器に接続しており、前記トナー粒子の凝集が第1の振動流式連続反応器内で起こり、前記トナー粒子の融着が第2の振動流式連続反応器内で起こる、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 少なくとも1つの入口と、少なくとも1つの出口と、複数のバッフルとを備える少なくとも1つの管状部材が設けられ、このバッフルには、前記管状部材の内側空間に沿って所定間隔で空間をあけられて配置された1つ以上のオリフィスが備わっている、振動流式連続反応器を与えることと;
前記管状部材に、少なくとも1つの樹脂と、少なくとも1つの着色剤と、ワックスと、場合により荷電制御剤とを含むトナー成分を、前記管状部分の長さ方向に沿って異なる位置で導入することと;
前記トナー成分を凝集させ、トナー粒子を製造することと;
前記トナー粒子を融着させることと;
前記管状部材から前記トナー粒子を回収することとを含み、
前記複数のバッフルが、材料を混合することと、前記反応器を流れる流体流とが独立して起こるような構成になっており、前記トナー成分が、前記管状部材中で約5〜約180分の滞留時間を有する、トナーを製造するための連続プロセス。 - 前記複数のバッフルが前記管状部材に固定されている、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- 複数の前記振動流式連続反応器を直列で用いる、請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- 第1の振動流式連続反応器が、接続部材を介して第2の振動流式連続反応器に接続しており、前記複数の前記振動流式連続反応器のうち、第1の振動流式連続反応器が凝集を担当し、前記複数の前記振動流式連続反応器のうち、第2の振動流式連続反応器が融着を担当する、請求項9に記載のプロセス。
