Abstract
【解決手段】電力変換装置などの主配線回路に適用して半導体モジュール1に接続するラミネートブスバー3であって、該ラミネートブスバー3の絶縁板3a間に挟まれた各層導体3P,3Mp,・・・の接続端子部3P−1,3m−1,・・・を、半導体モジュールの主回路端子の配列に合わせて絶縁板3aの端縁に引き出した構造になるものにおいて、前記接続端子部の相互間位置に合わせて、絶縁板の端縁に沿面溝部3dを切込み形成し、かつ該沿面溝部3dはコ字形溝として、その開口溝幅を2.5mm以上に設定する。

Claims (2)
- 電力変換装置などの主配線回路に適用して半導体モジュールに接続するラミネートブスバーであり、該ラミネートブスバーの絶縁板間に挟まれた各層導体の接続端子部を、前記半導体モジュールに設けた主回路端子の配列に合わせて絶縁板の端縁に引き出した構造になるものにおいて、
前記接続端子部の相互間位置に合わせて、絶縁板の端縁に沿面溝部を切込み形成したことを特徴とするラミネートブスバー。 - 請求項1に記載のラミネートブスバーにおいて、沿面溝部の形状がコ字形溝であり、その開口溝幅を2.5mm以上に設定したことを特徴とするラミネートブスバー。
