L=((Ti/48−N/14−C/12)+Mn/58)/(S/32)
F=(Ti/48−N/14−C/12−S/32)/(N/14+C/12)
F=(Ti/48−C/12−N/14−0.5×S/32)/(C/12+N/14)
Claims (8)
- 重量%で、C:0より大きく0.005%未満、Mn:0.2〜1.0%、S:0.04〜0.08%、P:0.005〜0.02%、Al:0.01〜0.1%、Ti:0.06〜0.1%、およびN:0より大きく0.003%未満、並びに残部Feおよびその他の不可避不純物を含み、かつ、
大きさが0.01〜0.4μmのTiSまたは(Ti、Mn)S析出物を、平方センチメートルあたり3×108個以上で含むことを特徴とする、ホウロウ用鋼板。 - 前記ホウロウ用鋼板は、L=((Ti/48−N/14−C/12)+Mn/58)/(S/32)で定義されるL値が2〜10であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のホウロウ用鋼板。
- 前記ホウロウ用鋼板は、F=(Ti/48−N/14−C/12−S/32)/(N/14+C/12)で定義されるF値が0より大きく5以下であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のホウロウ用鋼板。
- 重量%で、C:0より大きく0.005%未満、Mn:0.2〜1.0%、S:0.04〜0.08%、P:0.005〜0.02%、Al:0.01〜0.1%、Ti:0.06〜0.1%、およびN:0より大きく0.003%未満、並びに残部Feおよびその他の不可避不純物を含むスラブを製造するステップと、
前記スラブを1200℃以上で加熱するステップと、
加熱された前記スラブを粗圧延後、Ar3以上の温度で仕上げ圧延することにより、熱延鋼板を製造するステップと、
前記熱延鋼板を550〜750℃で巻取る巻取りステップ
とを含むことを特徴とする、ホウロウ用鋼板の製造方法。 - 前記巻取りステップの後、圧下率50〜90%で冷間圧延を行うことにより、冷延鋼板を製造するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のホウロウ用鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記冷延鋼板を700℃以上の温度で20秒間以上連続焼鈍するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のホウロウ用鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記スラブは、L=((Ti/48−N/14−C/12)+Mn/58)/(S/32)で定義されるL値が2〜10であり、F=(Ti/48−N/14−C/12−S/32)/(N/14+C/12)で定義されるF値が0より大きく5以下であることを特徴とする、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載のホウロウ用鋼板の製造方法。
- 前記ホウロウ用鋼板の製造方法により製造されたホウロウ用鋼板は、大きさが0.01〜0.4μmのTiSまたは(Ti、Mn)S析出物を、平方センチメートルあたり3×108個以上で含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のホウロウ用鋼板の製造方法。
