Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 外表面および内部空間を画定する壁を有する電球本体と、
電球本体に取り付けられ、電気ソケットへの選択的な接続のための表面を形成するキャップと、
LED部とを備え、
キャップと電球本体により電球構造が構成され、
LED部は、
基板と、
基板に保持された複数のLEDと、
LED電球に供給される電源を変換して適合させるトランス回路と、
少なくともその一部が基板によって保持され、複数のLEDとトランス回路とを電気的に接続する接続回路とを有し、
複数のLEDが電球本体の外表面に沿って配置されるように、LED部は電球構造に保持され、
複数のLEDからの光が内部領域内へ内向きに導かれて、その後内部領域から外向きに導かれる、LED電球装置。 - 電球構造に取り付けられたヒートシンク部をさらに備え、ヒートシンク部の少なくとも一部が複数のLEDの少なくとも1つに近接して配置されている、請求項1に記載のLED電球装置。
- 複数のLEDは、基板の第1の部分に沿って保持された第1のLED組を含み、第1のLED組および第1の部分が、ヒートシンク部と前記外表面との間で囲まれている、請求項2に記載のLED電球装置。
- 基板の第1の部分が、互いに対向する第1および第2主面を画定し、第1主面に沿って第1のLED組が配置され、第2主面に近接してヒートシンク部が延在している、請求項3に記載のLED電球装置。
- ヒートシンク部が、基板の第1の部分に面する内面と前記内面と対向する外表面とを有し、前記外表面が複数のフィンを形成する、請求項4に記載のLED電球装置。
- 複数のLEDが、基板の第1の部分からは離れた第2の部分に沿って保持された第2のLED組をさらに備え、第2のLED組および第2の部分が、ヒートシンク部と前記外表面との間で囲まれる、請求項3に記載のLED電球装置。
- ヒートシンク部の少なくとも一部が、トランス回路に近接して配置されている、請求項2に記載のLED電球装置。
- トランス回路が基板の部分に実装されて、電球構造と前記部分との間にトランス回路が配置され、電球構造に相対する前記部分がヒートシンク部により覆われる、請求項7に記載のLED電球装置。
- ヒートシンク部の中に基板が埋め込まれている、請求項2に記載のLED電球装置。
- ヒートシンク部が電球本体に接触している、請求項2に記載のLED電球装置。
- 基板が、互いに間隔をあけてベースから延在する複数の足部を含み、それぞれの足部によりLED組が保持される、請求項1に記載のLED電球装置。
- 足部が電球構造に取り付けられ、キャップから前記キャップに対向する電球本体の頂部に向けて足部が延在する、請求項11に記載のLED電球装置。
- 足部が電球本体の外周に延在するように電球構造に取り付けられる、請求項11に記載のLED電球装置。
- 基板および接続回路がフレキシブル回路である、請求項1に記載のLED電球装置。
- キャップが正極端子面および中性端子面を有し、トランス回路が正極端子および中性端子を有し、トランス回路の正極端子がキャップの正極端子面に接続され、トランス回路の中性端子がキャップの中性端子面に接続される、請求項1に記載のLED電球装置。
- キャップの正極端子面および中性端子面を基板が覆い、電気ソケット内にキャップが挿入されて電気ソケットに対して供給された電源からキャップが電気的に分離される、請求項15に記載のLED電球装置。
- 電球本体内に配置され、ソケットの正極端子面および中性端子面と電気的に接続されたフィラメントをさらに備える、請求項16に記載のLED電球装置。
- トランス回路の正極端子および中性端子がキャップによって一体的に形成される、請求項15に記載のLED電球装置。
- 基板が、LEDを覆う第1および第2の層を含む、請求項1に記載のLED電球装置。
- 電球本体およびキャップを含む電球に装備されるLED部であって、
電球本体は外表面を有し、キャップは既存の電球の電気ソケットに選択的に接続するための表面を有し、
LED部は、
ベース、ベースから延在する第1足部、第1茎部から離間した位置にてベースから延在する第2足部と、それぞれの茎部から離間してベースから延在する尾部とが形成されたフレキシブル基板と、
第1足部上に配置された第1のLED組と、第2足部上に配置された第2のLED組とを備える、基板に保持された複数のLEDと、
LEDに給電するための供給される電源を適合するように変換し、尾部上に形成された正極および中性端子を有する、基板に保持されたトランス回路と、
複数のLEDとトランス回路とを電気的に接続する接続回路とを備え、
電球本体の外表面に沿って複数のLEDが位置されるように電球本体に沿ってそれぞれの足部が延在し、キャップに沿って尾部が延在するように、LED部が電球に装備される、電球に装備されるLED部。 - ベースおよび足部を覆うように形成され、電球に装備されるヒートシンク部をさらに備える、請求項20に記載の電球に装備されるLED部。
