Description

前記供給通路に流体接続され、第3オリフィスを有する第3バルブ部材、及び、第4オリフィスを有する第4バルブ部材を含み、前記第3バルブ部材が前記第4バルブ部材に対して、前記第3オリフィスが前記第4オリフィスに流体接続される開位置と、流体接続されない閉位置との間で移動経路に沿って移動可能な第2バルブと、を備え、

- 更に、前記供給通路に流体接続され、第5オリフィスを有する第5バルブ部材、及び、第6オリフィスを有する第6バルブ部材を含み、前記第5バルブ部材が前記第6バルブ部材に対して、前記第5オリフィスが前記第6オリフィスに流体接続される開位置と、流体接続されない閉位置との間で移動経路に沿って移動可能な第3バルブを備え、
前記第5バルブ部材の移動経路は、前記第1及び第3バルブ部材の移動経路に対して傾斜して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバルブマニホールド。 - 更に、前記供給通路に流体接続され、第5オリフィスを有する第5バルブ部材、及び、第6オリフィスを有する第6バルブ部材を含み、前記第5バルブ部材が前記第6バルブ部材に対して、前記第5オリフィスが前記第6オリフィスに流体接続される開位置と、流体接続されない閉位置との間で移動経路に沿って移動可能な第3バルブを備え、
前記第5バルブ部材の移動経路は、前記第1及び第3バルブ部材の移動経路にほほ平行に配置され、
かつ、前記第5バルブ部材の移動経路は、前記第1及び第3バルブ部材の移動経路からオフセットしていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバルブマニホールド。 - 前記第1バルブ部材の縦軸及び前記第2バルブ部材の縦軸は、前記供給通路の縦軸に一致することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブマニホールド。
- 更に、前記供給通路の前記第2バルブ部材の下流に流体接続される入口ポート及び前記第1バルブ部材に流体接続される出口ポートを有する第3バルブを備え、
該第3バルブは、前記第1バルブに選択的に圧力を作用させて、前記第1バルブ部材を閉位置と開位置との間で移動させるように作動することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバルブマニホールド。 - 更に、前記第2バルブ部材と前記第3バルブとの間の流体通路に配置された逆止弁を備えていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバルブマニホールド。
- 前記第1バルブ部材の移動経路は、前記第3バルブ部材の移動経路に対して傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブマニホールド。
- 前記第2及び第4バルブ部材は、前記供給通路の少なくとも一部を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブマニホールド。
- 更に、前記供給通路に流体接続される第3バルブを備え、
該第3バルブは、含む - 更に、前記供給通路に流体接続され、第5オリフィスを有する第5バルブ部材、及び、第6オリフィスを有する第6バルブ部材を含み、前記第5バルブ部材が前記第6バルブ部材に対して、前記第5オリフィスが前記第6オリフィスに流体接続される開位置と、流体接続されない閉位置との間で移動経路に沿って移動可能な第3バルブを備え、
前記第1バルブ、前記第2バルブ及び前記第3バルブは、前記供給通路の縦軸の周りにほぼ円形のパターンで配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブマニホールド。 - 更に、共通の流体ノードから径方向外向きに延びる複数の供給通路を備え、
前記複数の供給通路は、それぞれ前記第1バルブ、前記第2バルブ及び前記第3バルブの一つに流体接続されていることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のバルブマニホールド。 - 前記第1バルブ、前記第2バルブ及び前記第3バルブのそれぞれの縦軸は、前記共通の流体ノードから径方向外向きに延びていることを特徴とする請求項19に記載のバルブマニホールド。
- 第1バルブ部材、及び、該第1バルブ部材に対して第1位置と第2位置との間で移動可能な第2バルブ部材を含む第1バルブと、
該第1バルブに流体接続され、加圧流体を選択的に前記第1バルブに接続して前記第2バルブ部材を第1位置と第2位置との間で付勢する第2バルブと、
前記第1バルブの前記第1バルブ部材を前記第2バルブに流体接続する流体通路と、
前記第2バルブに分配される流体の量を制御するための分配バルブマニホールドに配置された逆止弁と、を備えていることを特徴とするバルブマニホールド。 - 前記逆止弁は、前記分配バルブマニホールドから前記第1バルブの前記第1バルブ部材への流体の流れを実質的に阻止することを特徴とする請求項21に記載のバルブマニホールド。
- 前記逆止弁は、前記分配バルブマニホールドの入口通路に選択的に係合するボール逆止弁であることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のバルブマニホールド。
- 更に、前記分配マニホールドに流体接続されるフィルタを備えていることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のバルブマニホールド。
- 更に、前記分配マニホールドに流体接続されるアキュムレータを備え、該アキュムレータは、前記第1バルブを作動させるために使用される流体を貯留するように作動することを特徴とする請求項21に記載のバルブマニホールド。
- 第1バルブ部材及び第2バルブ部材を含み、前記第1バルブ部材が前記第2バルブ部材に対して開位置と閉位置との間で摺動可能であり、前記第2バルブ部材が流体供給通路の少なくとも一部を形成する少なくとも1つのバルブと、
ポンプ入力軸及びポンプ出口を含み、前記ポンプ入力軸の少なくとも一部が前記流体供給通路内に延び、前記ポンプ出口が前記流体供給通路に流体接続することを特徴とする油圧システム。 - 前記ポンプは、固定容量型ポンプであることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の油圧システム。
- 複数の前記第2バルブ部材が共通の縦軸に沿って配置されていることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の油圧システム。
- 前記ポンプ入力軸及び前記流体供給通路は、前記ポンプ出口を少なくとも1つのバルブに流体接続する通路の少なくとも一部を形成することを特徴とする請求項26に記載の油圧システム。
