Claims (7)
- 冷却気体の流入方向と排出方向とが同一である電気自動車用Zタイプバッテリーパックにおいて、
直列に連結されるように配列された複数個の電池セル;
前記電池セルの一端に結合され、外部から流入された冷却気体が前記電池セルの間に排出できるように前記冷却気体の流れを制御する第1冷却流路;
前記電池セルの他端に結合され、前記電池セルの間を通過した冷却気体が外部に排出できるように前記冷却気体の流れを制御する第2冷却流路;及び
前記第2冷却流路の内部に位置して前記電池セルの間を通過する冷却気体の流量を均一に維持する流量制御板;を含むことを特徴とする電気自動車用Zタイプバッテリーパック。 - 前記流量制御板は、
前記第2冷却流路の上面から下面が位置する方向に延長され、前記電池セルの間を通過した冷却気体が外部に直接排出されることを防止する防止板;及び
前記防止板の一端から前記第2冷却流路の長手方向に沿って延長され、前記電池セルの間を通過した冷却気体が前記冷却気体の流入方向とは反対方向に移動した後外部に排出されるように前記冷却気体の流れを誘導する流れ誘導板;を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気自動車用Zタイプバッテリーパック。 - 前記流れ誘導板の長さは、最外郭に位置する電池セル間距離の70%以上95%以下の範囲内に存在することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気自動車用Zタイプバッテリーパック。
- 前記流れ誘導板の幅は、前記第2冷却流路の幅と同一であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気自動車用Zタイプバッテリーパック。
- 前記流れ誘導板と前記第2冷却流路の上面との間の距離は、前記流れ誘導板と前記第2冷却流路の下面との間の距離と同一であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気自動車用Zタイプバッテリーパック。
- 前記流れ誘導板は、前記第2冷却流路の長手方向と平行に延長されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気自動車用Zタイプバッテリーパック。
- 前記流れ誘導板は、その端部に行くほど前記第2冷却流路の上面または下面に近くなるように傾斜して延長され、前記流れ誘導板の傾斜度は、前記流れ誘導板の端部位置を固定させ前記防止板の長さを変更することで調節することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気自動車用Zタイプバッテリーパック。
