Abstract
【解決手段】複数のバーナ(7)を有する燃焼室(8)と、蒸発管(12)と、この蒸発管(12)に流動媒体路において後置接続された気水分離装置(14)とを備えた貫流ボイラ(1)を始動するための方法において、少なくとも1つのバーナ(7)の燃焼出力を気水分離装置(14)の水位特性値に応じて調整する。

Claims (12)
- 複数のバーナ(7)を有する燃焼室(8)と、蒸発管(12)と、この蒸発管(12)に流動媒体路において後置接続された気水分離装置(14)とを備えた貫流ボイラ(1)を始動するための方法であって、少なくとも1つのバーナ(7)の燃焼出力を気水分離装置(14)の水位特性値に応じて調整する方法。
- 前記燃焼出力を気水分離装置(14)の水位に応じて調整する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記燃焼出力を付加的に水位特性値の変化速度に応じて調整する請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記水位特性値が上方限界値に到達した際に燃焼出力をそれ以上は上昇させない請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記水位特性値が上方限界値に到達した際に燃焼出力を低減する請求項1乃至4の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記燃焼出力の低減が最大燃焼出力の1%〜5%である請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記燃焼出力を或る待ち時間後に再上昇させる請求項4乃至6の1つに記載の方法。
- 前記限界値到達後に1〜3分の待ち時間を維持する請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記水位特性値が下方限界値に到達した際に燃焼出力を再上昇させる請求項4乃至8の1つに記載の方法。
- 貫流ボイラ(1)のホットスタート過程とコールドスタート過程とで異なる限界値を設定する請求項4乃至9の1つに記載の方法。
- 複数のバーナ(7)を有する燃焼室(8)と、蒸発管(12)と、この蒸発管(12)に流動媒体路において後置接続された気水分離装置(14)とを備えた貫流ボイラ(1)であって、燃焼出力の調整のために設けられた制御ユニットのデータ入力側が、気水分離装置(14)の水位特性値を測定するためのセンサに接続されている貫流ボイラ。
- センサ(30)が気水分離装置(14)の水位を測定する請求項11記載の貫流ボイラ。
