くとも幾つかの蒸発管を、所定の設定充填レベル迄部分的に、未蒸発流れ媒体で充填し、
前記設定充填レベルを、所定の起動加熱経過に関係して設定し、さらに、前記高温ガス通路に高温ガスを供給した後、流れ媒体の圧力に対応する測定値を監視し、当該測定値が蒸気発生に特有な所定の限界値を超過した時点で、蒸発管への未蒸発流れ媒体の連続的供給を開始することによって、蒸発管における蒸気発生開始後に、蒸発管への流れ媒体の搬送を開始することによって解決される。
Claims (6)
- 略水平の方向に高温ガスが貫流する高温ガス通路(6)を備え、該通路(6)内に流れ媒体(W、D)の貫流に対し並列接続され略垂直に配置された多数の蒸発管(14)から成る少なくとも1つの貫流形加熱器(8)を配置した廃熱ボイラ(1)の起動方法において、高温ガス通路(6)への高温ガスの供給前に、少なくとも幾つかの蒸発管(14)を、所定の設定充填レベル迄部分的に未蒸発流れ媒体で充填し、前記設定充填レベルを、所定の起動加熱経過に関係して設定し、さらに、前記高温ガス通路(6)に高温ガスを供給した後、流れ媒体(W、D)の圧力に対応する測定値を監視し、当該測定値が蒸気発生に特有な所定の限界値を超過した時点で、蒸発管(14)への未蒸発流れ媒体(W)の連続的供給を開始することによって、蒸発管(14)における蒸気発生開始後に、蒸発管(14)への流れ媒体(W)の搬送を開始することを特徴とする方法。
- 各蒸発管(14)の充填レベルを、管下端入口(32)と管上端出口(34)との差圧測定により求めることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 起動加熱経過を、ボイラ幾何学形状および/又は高温ガスによる供給熱量の時間的経過の特性値を参照して求めることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 蒸発管(14)への流れ媒体(W)の供給を、蒸発管又は各蒸発管(15)の管上端出口から過熱蒸気(D)が流出するように調整することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 蒸発管(14)への流れ媒体(W、D)の供給時にその質量流量密度を、同じ貫流形加熱器(8)における他の蒸気発生管(14)に比べて過剰加熱される蒸発管(14)が先の蒸発管(14)に比べて大きな流れ媒体流量を有するように調整することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 略水平の高温ガス流れ方向に貫流される高温ガス通路(6)を備え、該通路(6)内に流れ媒体(W、D)の貫流に対し並列接続され略垂直に配置された多数の蒸発管(14)から成る少なくとも1つの貫流形加熱器(8)を配置した廃熱ボイラ(1)であって、請求項1に記載の起動方法を実施するための廃熱ボイラ(1)において、
蒸発管(14)に前置接続された入口管寄せ(16)と、蒸発管(14)に後置接続された出口管寄せ(18)とに、共通の差圧測定装置(32)が付属することを特徴とする廃熱ボイラ。
