Claims (10)
- 燃焼ガス(RG)で加熱され被加熱媒体(SW)が貫流する複数の伝熱面(2、3、4)を備え、前記複数の伝熱面は、入口部、出口部および複数の蒸発管を有する蒸発器(3)と、この蒸発器(3)の燃焼ガス側に後置された予熱器(2)と、蒸発器(3)の燃焼ガス側に前置された過熱器(4)とからなり、前記予熱器、蒸発器、過熱器は、媒体側が燃焼ガスと対向流式に配管敷設されているガス・蒸気複合タービン設備用の廃熱ボイラ(1)において、
前記蒸発器(3)は、入口部において予熱器(2)に入口分配器(8)を介して接続され、この入口分配器(8)に前記各蒸発管(30a)が絞り装置(9)を介して接続され、さらに、前記蒸発器(3)が、媒体側において直列接続された複数の部分蒸発器(3a、3b)で構成され、少なくとも、前記媒体側の上流側であって前記燃焼ガスの低温側に配設された第1部分蒸発器(3a)と、前記媒体側の下流側であって前記燃焼ガスの高温側に配設された第2部分蒸発器(3b)とを有し、かつ、前記第1部分蒸発器(3a)の蒸発管(30a)の内径(d1)は、前記第2部分蒸発器(3b)の蒸発管(30b)の内径(d2)に比べて小さいことを特徴とする廃熱ボイラ。 - 部分蒸発器(3a、3b)の蒸発管(30a、30b)が、円錐状に形成された接続部材(31)を介して直結されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃熱ボイラ。
- 蒸発器(3)が、出口側において、始動タンク(15)を介して過熱器(4)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の廃熱ボイラ。
- 始動タンク(15)が、水側において、循環ポンプ(23)およびこれに後置接続された制御弁(26)を介して、予熱器(2)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の廃熱ボイラ。
- 始動タンク(15)が、水側において、循環ポンプ(23)およびこれに後置接続された制御弁(28)を介して、蒸発器(3)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の廃熱ボイラ。
- 循環ポンプ(23)に、絞り弁(24)が後置接続されていることを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の廃熱ボイラ。
- 始動タンク(15)の水側に、制御弁(21)付きの排水管(20)が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項3ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の廃熱ボイラ。
- 予熱器(2)が、入口側において給水管(6)に接続され、この給水管(6)に制御弁(7)が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の廃熱ボイラ。
- 過熱器(4)が入口分配器(17)および出口管寄せ(18)を有し、この出口管寄せ(18)に主蒸気管(19)が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つに記載の廃熱ボイラ。
- 過熱器(4)が、媒体側において直列接続された2つの部分過熱器(4a、4b)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれか1つに記載の廃熱ボイラ。
