Claims (12)
- コンプレッサ(12)と、制御装置(14)と、該コンプレッサ(12)に配設されたクラッチ(16)からなるシステムであって、前記制御装置(14)はクラッチ(16)を開閉し、エネルギーを節約するように構成されているシステム(10)において、
前記制御装置(14)が、監視ルーチンを実施し、該監視ルーチンの枠内で、クラッチ(16)、コンプレッサ(12)、およびコンプレッサに後置されたコンポーネント(18,26)の損傷を回避するためにクラッチ(16)が開放または閉鎖されるように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1記載のシステム(10)を備える実用車両。
- コンプレッサ(12)と、制御装置(14)と、該コンプレッサ(12)に配設されたクラッチ(16)からなるシステムの制御方法であって、前記制御装置(14)はクラッチ(16)を開閉し、エネルギーを節約するように構成されている制御方法において、
監視ルーチンが実施され、該監視ルーチンの枠内で、クラッチ(16)、コンプレッサ(12)、およびコンプレッサに後置されたコンポーネント(18,26)の損傷を回避するためにクラッチ(16)が開放または閉鎖されるように構成されていることを特徴とする制御方法。 - 監視ルーチンの枠内で、閉鎖されたクラッチ(16)の滑りが監視される請求項3記載の方法。
- 監視ルーチンの枠内で、開放されたクラッチ(16)の滑りが監視される請求項3または4記載の方法。
- 前記監視ルーチンは、2つのクラッチ操作間の最小時間を設定する、請求項3から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記監視ルーチンは、クラッチ(16)が開放している最大時間を設定する、請求項3から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- クラッチ(16)が開放されている最大時間が、周囲温度に依存する請求項7記載の方法。
- 監視ルーチンの枠内で、コンプレッサ回転数が監視される、請求項3から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 監視ルーチンの枠内で、クラッチ回転数が監視される、請求項3から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 監視ルーチンの枠内で、エラー診断または統計的評価を行うためにデータが記憶される請求項3から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 監視ルーチンの枠内で、システム(10)の構成部材が誤動作する場合、警報信号が出力される請求項3から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
