Claims (6)
- 駆動部(10)により空気式切換クラッチ(12)を介して駆動可能なコンプレッサ(14)と、
前記クラッチの切替入力側(20)へ圧縮空気を選択的に供給するための、電気信号(16)によって操作可能なバルブ(18)と、
を有している、商用車のための圧縮空気供給装置において、
前記電気信号(16)は電子制御部(38)によって供給され、
前記バルブ(18)は前記コンプレッサ(14)への外気供給部(22)の領域に配設されており、
前記電子制御部(38)は、圧縮空気処理ユニット(26)に統合されており、
前記電子制御部(38)は、圧縮空気処理ユニット(26,28,30)内の圧力を制御する圧力制御器(130)の圧力スイッチ(24)からの入力信号、前記コンプレッサ(14)からの温度依存性の入力信号、および/または、クラッチの入力側回転数及び出力側回転数の少なくともいずれか1つに依存する入力信号、ならびに、常用ブレーキ回路の圧力センサ(88、90)からの圧力依存性の入力信号を受け取り、
前記電子制御部(38)は、前記圧力スイッチ(24)からの入力信号、前記コンプレッサ(14)からの温度依存性の入力信号、および/または、前記クラッチの入力側回転数及び出力側回転数の少なくともいずれか1つに依存する入力信号、および/または、前記圧力センサ(88、90)からの圧力依存性の入力信号に基づいて、前記電気信号(16)を前記バルブ(18)に供給する、
ことを特徴とする圧縮空気供給装置。 - 前記電子制御部(38)は、インターフェースを介して、圧縮空気処理ユニット(28)に統合されている制御部(34)と通信する、請求項1記載の圧縮空気供給装置。
- 前記バルブ(18)は電気的にパイロット制御可能な空気式バルブである、請求項1記載の圧縮空気供給装置。
- 前記切替入力側(20)に前記バルブ(18)を介して供給される圧縮空気が逆止弁(40,42)を介して圧縮空気処理ユニット(26,28,30)から取り入れられる、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の圧縮空気供給装置。
- 前記逆止弁(42)は、前記圧縮空気処理ユニット(26,28,30)に統合されている、請求項3記載の圧縮空気供給装置
- 請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の圧縮空気供給装置を備えていることを特徴とする商用車。
