Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 直列の流れ関係で配された、冷媒であるCO2蒸気を圧縮する圧縮機、熱放出形熱交換器、膨張装置、および冷凍されるコンテナから流れる空気と熱交換関係で配設された熱吸収形熱交換器を有する冷媒回路と、
圧力が所定のレベルを超えたときに圧力を除去するように上記冷媒回路に配設された少なくとも1つの圧力除去装置と、
を備え、
少なくとも1つの圧力除去装置は、外気と流体的に連通するコンパートメントに位置することを特徴とする蒸気圧縮システム。 - コンパートメントは、底壁、上壁、側壁および後壁を有し、この後壁に少なくとも1つの圧力除去装置が取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 冷媒蒸気が解放されたときに該冷媒蒸気が後壁へと向かうように、少なくとも1つの圧力除去装置が配向されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力除去装置は、カバーの底部のみが蒸気の流れに対して開放した状態で、四方がカバーによって囲まれていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 前記後壁にカバーが取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力除去装置は、圧縮機の吸引インレットの近傍に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力除去装置は、ラプチャーデスクを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力除去装置は、圧力リリーフバルブを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 冷媒回路は、バルブを有する無負荷回路を含み、
少なくとも1つの圧力除去装置は、バルブと圧縮機の中間段との間に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。 - バルブは常閉バルブであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力除去装置は、3つの圧力除去装置を含み、全ての圧力除去装置がコンパートメント内に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
