Claims (15)
- (I)金属の平均粒径が1〜1000nmであり、且つ金属が担持されていないか、または担体材料に担持されているナノサイズの酸化性金属成分、
(II)電解質成分、および
(III)非電解質酸性化成分
を含む酸素捕捉混合物。 - 前記金属の平均粒径が1〜100nmであり、且つ前記金属が、微孔質材料に担持されている、請求項1に記載の酸素捕捉混合物。
- 前記金属の平均粒径が100〜900nmである、請求項1に記載の酸素捕捉混合物。
- 前記金属が、Al、Mg、Zn、Cu、Fe、Sn、CoおよびMnからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の酸素捕捉混合物。
- 前記金属が鉄である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の酸素捕捉混合物。
- 前記電解質成分が、塩化ナトリウムを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の酸素捕捉混合物。
- 前記非電解質酸性化成分が、ピロリン酸ナトリウム且つ場合によりNaH2PO4を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の酸素捕捉混合物。
- (IV)吸水性結着剤
をさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の酸素捕捉混合物。 - (A)ポリマー樹脂、および
(B)請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の酸素捕捉混合物、ならびに場合により
(C−1)UV吸収剤、
(C−2)抗酸化剤、および
(C−3)さらなる光安定剤
からなる群から選択されるさらなる添加剤
を含む組成物。 - 前記ポリマー樹脂が、オレフィンホモまたはコポリマー、熱可塑性樹脂、ポリアミドホモまたはコポリマー、テレフタル酸残基、イソフタル酸残基、ナフタレン酸残基およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される反復単位を有するポリエステルである、請求項9に記載の組成物。
- 請求項9または10に記載の組成物を含む製品。
- フィルム、シートまたは積層体である、請求項11に記載の製品。
- 食品包装材である、請求項11または12に記載の製品。
- (A)ポリマー樹脂、および
(B)該ポリマー樹脂に対して30〜150質量%の請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の酸素捕捉混合物を含むマスターバッチ。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に定義された成分(I)〜(III)を含む混合物の、食品包装材における酸素捕捉剤としての使用。
