T05=1660℃、
DF:5K/分の熱速度及び0.2MPaの積載重量を用いて、1500℃の温度において5から25時間にわたって+/−0.1及び+/−0.2リニア%の試料の高さ変化。

Claims (11)
- (a)30から95質量%の、粒径が1mm未満である、溶融フォルステライトから合成的に製造された微細成分と、
(b)5から70質量%の、粒径が1mmを超える、焼結マグネシウ及び溶融マグネシアからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの粗い成分と、
(c)5質量%までの焼結助剤と、
(d)5質量%を超えない少なくとも1つの他の成分であって、前記成分(a)から(d)が合計で100質量%までである他の成分と、
から製造された耐火セラミックバッチ。 - 32から50質量%の割合の前記微細成分を有する、請求項1に記載のバッチ。
- 50から68質量%の割合の前記粗い成分を有する、請求項1に記載のバッチ。
- 前記粗い成分の質量割合が、前記粗い成分の質量割合より大きい、請求項1に記載のバッチ。
- 前記微細成分が、少なくとも部分的に焼結フォルステライトに置換された、請求項1に記載のバッチ。
- FeO+Fe2O3の割合(量)が、合計で1質量%未満になる、請求項1に記載のバッチ。
- CaOの含有量が、2質量%未満になる、請求項1に記載のバッチ。
- ZrO2/ZrSiO4の含有量が、0.5質量%未満になる、請求項1に記載のバッチ。
- FeO、Fe2O3、ZrO2及びZrSiO4の合計含有量が、0.5質量%未満になる、請求項1に記載のバッチ。
- 成形し、続いて1500℃を超える温度で焼成することによって、請求項1から9に記載のバッチから製造された耐火セラミックワークピースであって、前記粗い成分が、前記フォルステライトのマトリクスに島状に埋め込まれた耐火セラミックワークピース。
- 請求項10に記載の焼成された耐火セラミックワークピースの、ガラス溶融炉の再生された格子状耐火物の格子状煉瓦としての使用。
