Claims (76)
第1標的を含む試料をマイクロ流体デバイス内部に設ける手順;
複数の前記第1標的のコピーと複数のナノ構造とのハイブリダイゼーションを起こす手順;
前記複数のナノ構造に電流を印加する手順;
前記電流によって発生する電場を用いて前記複数のナノ構造を移動させる手順;
前記複数のナノ構造は分類する手順;及び
前記の分類された複数のナノ構造を評価することで、前記第1標的の存在、不存在、又は量のうちの少なくとも1つを決定する手順;
を有する方法。
前記複数のナノ構造のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記第1周波数では第1方向に移動し、かつ前記第2周波数では第2方向に移動する、
請求項1に記載の方法。
複数の前記第2標的のコピーと複数のナノ構造とのハイブリダイゼーションを起こす手順;及び
前記の分類された複数のナノ構造を評価することで、前記第2標的の存在、不存在、又は量のうちの少なくとも1つを決定する手順;
を有する請求項1に記載の方法であって、
前記の複数のナノ構造に電流を印加することで、前記第1標的とハイブリダイゼーションを起こす前記複数のナノ構造が第1方向に移動し、前記第2標的とハイブリダイゼーションを起こす前記複数のナノ構造が第2方向に移動し、かつ
前記第1標的及び第2標的が、前記第1又は第2方向に基づいて分類される、
方法。
複数の前記第1標的のコピーと複数のナノ構造とを結合させるハイブリダイゼーションチャンバ;
前記ナノ構造を集める集合装置;
前記ナノ構造を分類する分類装置;及び
前記の分類されたナノ構造を収集するトラップ;
を有する標的検出ユニット。
前記電場が、第1電流で第1周波数を有し、かつ第2電流で第2周波数を有し、
前記複数のナノ構造のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記第1周波数では第1方向に移動し、かつ前記第2周波数では第2方向に移動する、
請求項18に記載の標的検出ユニット。
前記ハイブリダイゼーションチャンバが、複数の前記第2標的のコピーを複数のナノ構造と結合させ、かつ
前記分類装置が、前記第1標的とは異なる方向に前記第2標的を移動させる、
請求項18に記載の標的検出ユニット。
前記標的を含む試料を取得する手順;
前記試料中に含まれる標的を複製して増幅された混合物を生成する手順;
ナノ構造をチャンバに結合させる手順;
前記ナノ構造を分子プローブで官能化する手順;
前記ナノ構造を通り抜けるように前記増幅された混合物を流すことで前記の増幅された混合物中の標的のハイブリダイゼーションを起こす手順;及び、
前記標的の存在、不存在、又は量のうちの少なくとも1つを検出する手順;
を有する方法。
前記プライマーの他は蛍光ラベルが付されたものである、
請求項39に記載の方法。
前記の複製された標的が前記ストレプトアビジン又はアビジンと結合する、
請求項37に記載の方法。
ナノ構造をチャンバに結合させる手順;
分子プローブによって官能化されるナノ構造を含むマイクロ流体チャンバ;
前記マイクロ流体チャンバ内に前記ナノ構造を保持するフィルタ;
前記増幅された混合物が前記ナノ構造を通り抜けるように流れることで前記の増幅された混合物中の標的のハイブリダイゼーションが起こるチャネル;及び、
前記標的の存在、不存在、又は量のうちの少なくとも1つを決定する検出器;
を有する標的検出器。
前記プライマーの他は蛍光ラベルが付されたものである、
請求項47に記載の方法。
前記の複製された標的が前記ストレプトアビジン又はアビジンと結合する、
請求項45に記載の方法。
前記1つ以上の標的を含む試料をマイクロ流体デバイスへ挿入する手順;
前記1つ以上の標的を容器内に保持する手順;
前記1つ以上の標的を複数の検出管へ送り込む手順;
前記1つ以上の標的のハイブリダイゼーションを起こす手順;及び
前記1つ以上の標的の存在、不存在、又は量のうちの少なくとも1つを検出する手順;
を有する方法。
単一種類の標的に対応する前記複数種類の単位複製配列の集合物のうちの1種類だけが
前記複数の検出管の各々の中でハイブリダイゼーションを起こす、
請求項60に記載の方法。
前記グリッドにわたるインピーダンスの測定及び/又は前記グリッドの像の観察によって、前記1つ以上の標的の存在、不存在、又は量を検出する手順;
をさらに有する、請求項52に記載の方法。
前記1つ以上の標的を容器内に保持する容器;
前記容器とやり取り可能なように結合する複数の検出管;
前記複数の検出管内に設けられたハイブリダイゼーションチャンバ;及び
前記1つ以上の標的の存在、不存在、又は量のうちの少なくとも1つを検出する検出器;
を有する、複数の標的を検出する標的検出器。
前記膜は、前記1つ以上の標的を前記複数の検出管へ送り込むことが可能となるように弱められる、
標的検出器。
前記膜が電圧の印加によって弱められる、
標的検出器。
単一種類の標的に対応する前記複数種類の単位複製配列の集合物のうちの1種類だけが
前記複数の検出管の各々の中でハイブリダイゼーションを起こす、
