前記第1の活物質層は、前記第1の集電体層表面に互いに離隔した島状部位を複数配してなる島状構造を有し、前記島状部位と前記第1の集電体層との接触点において前記第1の活物質層に引いた接線と前記第1の集電体層表面とがなす角のうち前記第1の活物質層を含む側の角が90度よりも小さい

- 第1の集電体となる基材の表面に、第1の活物質層を互いに離隔した複数の島状部位からなる島状構造に形成する第1工程と、
前記第1の活物質層により覆われていない前記基材の露出表面と前記第1の活物質層の表面とを共に覆う電解質層、第2の活物質層および第2の集電体を積層する第2工程と
を備え、
前記第1工程では、前記島状部位と前記第1の集電体層との接触点において前記第1の活物質層に引いた接線と前記第1の集電体層表面とがなす角のうち前記第1の活物質層を含む側の角を90度よりも小さくする
ことを特徴とする電池の製造方法。 - 前記第1工程では、第1の活物質を含む塗布液をノズルから吐出させ前記基材表面に塗布して前記第1の活物質層を形成する請求項10に記載の電池の製造方法。
- 前記第1工程では、前記基材表面に対して前記ノズルを所定方向に相対移動させてライン状に前記塗布液を前記基材表面に塗布する請求項11に記載の電池の製造方法。
- 請求項10ないし12のいずれかに記載の製造方法によって製造された、第1の集電体層、第1の活物質層、電解質層、第2の活物質層および第2の集電体層を積層した構造を有することを特徴とする電池。
