Claims (6)
- 基材の表面に第1活物質を含む第1活物質用塗布液を塗布して、前記基材と接する面と反対側の表面が凹凸を有する第1活物質層を形成する第1活物質層形成工程と、
前記第1活物質層の表面に固体電解質材料を含む電解質用塗布液を塗布するとともに、前記電解質用塗布液を塗布した後、前記固体電解質材料のガラス転移点よりも低い温度に加熱して前記電解質用塗布液の粘度を増大させて、前記第1活物質層と接する面と反対側の表面が前記第1活物質層の凹凸に倣った凹凸を有し、前記第1活物質層の凹凸の高低差よりも厚さが小さい固体電解質層を形成する電解質層形成工程と、
前記固体電解質層の表面に第2活物質を含む第2活物質用塗布液を塗布して第2活物質層を形成する第2活物質層形成工程と、
前記第2活物質層形成工程の後に、前記固体電解質材料をガラス転移点以上の温度に加熱して粘度を低下させる加熱工程と
を備え、
前記第1活物質層形成工程では、前記基材に対し相対移動するノズルから吐出させた前記第1活物質用塗布液を前記基材の表面に塗布して、ライン状のパターンが複数並んだ前記第1活物質層を形成する
ことを特徴とする電池の製造方法。 - 前記第2活物質層形成工程では、前記固体電解質層と接する面とは反対側の面が平坦または略平坦となるように前記第2活物質塗布液を塗布し、
該第2活物質塗布液が未硬化の状態で、集電体となる導電膜をさらに積層する積層工程をさらに備える請求項1に記載の電池の製造方法。 - 第1集電体層、第1活物質層、固体電解質層、第2活物質層および前記第2集電体層をこの順番に積層した構造を有し、
前記第1活物質層、前記固体電解質層および前記第2活物質層が、前記第1集電体層を前記基材とした請求項1または2に記載の電池の製造方法によって製造される
ことを特徴とする電池。 - 請求項3に記載の電池を搭載することを特徴とする車両。
