Claims (10)
- 略平坦な基材の表面に対して相対的に走査移動するノズルに設けられた複数の吐出口の各々から第1活物質材料を含む活物質用塗布液を連続的に吐出させて前記基材の表面に前記活物質用塗布液を塗布して、前記第1活物質材料により前記基材の表面から突出し、前記基材の表面に沿った複数のライン状の凸部を前記ノズルの1回の走査移動により形成する活物質塗布工程と、
前記凸部が形成された前記基材の表面に、固体電解質材料を含む電解質用塗布液を塗布して、前記固体電解質材料により前記凸部の表面と前記凸部を形成されていない前記基材の露出表面とを共に覆う電解質層を形成する電解質層形成工程と
を備え、
前記電解質層形成工程では、前記基材の前記露出表面を覆う電解質層の厚さを、前記凸部の高さよりも小さくし、前記基材表面のうち前記凸部によって覆う部分の面積を全体の2分の1以下とし、かつ前記凸部の幅を隣接する前記凸部間の間隔以下と小さくすることを特徴とする電池の製造方法。 - 前記電解質層形成工程では、前記基材の前記露出表面を覆う電解質層の厚さを、前記凸部の高さの2分の1以下とする請求項1に記載の電池の製造方法。
- 前記凸部の幅が20μmないし250μmであり、前記凸部間の間隔が500μm以下である請求項1または2に記載の電池の製造方法。
- 前記凸部の延設方向に直交する面における前記凸部の断面積が200μm2ないし125000μm2である請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の電池の製造方法。
- 前記基材は、第1集電体となる導電性シートの前記活物質用塗布液を塗布される側の表面に、前記第1活物質材料による膜が積層された積層体である請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の電池の製造方法。
- 前記電解質層の表面に、第2活物質層および第2集電体層をさらに積層する請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の電池の製造方法。
- 前記電解質層の表面に、第2活物質材料を含む第2活物質用塗布液を塗布して前記第2活物質層を形成する請求項6に記載の電池の製造方法。
- 第1集電体層と、第1活物質層と、固体電解質層と、第2活物質層と、第2集電体層とを積層した構造を有し、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の製造方法で製造されたことを特徴とする電池。
- 請求項8に記載の電池を搭載することを特徴とする車両。
- 請求項9に記載の電池と、
前記電池を電源として動作する回路部と
を備えたことを特徴とする電子機器。
