Claims (13)
- 第1の集電体層、第1の活物質層、電解質層、第2の活物質層および第2の集電体層をこの順番に積層した構造を有し、
前記第1の活物質層は、前記第1の集電体層表面に互いに離隔した島状部位を複数配してなる島状構造を有し、
前記島状部位は、前記第1の集電体層表面に沿って所定の方向に延びるライン状パターンを有し、前記ライン状パターンの延設方向に直交する断面における前記ライン状パターンの断面形状は、前記第1の集電体層と接触する部分の幅が20μmないし300μm、高さが10μmないし300μmであり、前記幅に対する前記高さの比が0.5以上であり、
前記島状部位と前記第1の集電体層との接触点において、前記第1の集電体層と前記電解質層とが接触し、
前記島状部位と前記第1の集電体層との接触点において前記第1の活物質層に引いた接線と前記第1の集電体層表面とがなす角のうち前記第1の活物質層を含む側の角が90度よりも小さい
ことを特徴とする電池。 - 前記ライン状パターンは、その幅および高さよりも前記所定の方向に沿った長さが長い請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記第1の活物質層は、前記所定の方向に沿って連続かつ単一に延びる前記ライン状パターンが前記所定の方向に交わる方向に複数配列された構造を有する請求項1または2に記載の電池。
- 前記第1の集電体層の全面に、一定間隔を空けて複数の前記ライン状パターンが形成された請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の電池。
- 前記電解質層は固体電解質からなり、前記島状部位では、前記第1の集電体層と接触する部分を除く表面が滑らかな曲面である請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の電池。
- 前記第1の活物質層は、複数の前記島状部位を互いに接続する接続部位を有する請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の電池。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の電池を搭載することを特徴とする車両。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の電池と、
前記電池を電源として動作する電子回路部と
を備えたことを特徴とする電子機器。 - 前記電池と前記電子回路部とを収容するカード型の筐体を備える請求項8に記載の電子機器。
- 第1の集電体となる基材の表面に、第1の活物質層を互いに離隔した複数の島状部位からなる島状構造に形成する第1工程と、
前記第1の活物質層により覆われていない前記基材の露出表面と前記第1の活物質層の表面とを共に覆う電解質層、第2の活物質層および第2の集電体を積層する第2工程と
を備え、
前記第1工程では、前記第1の集電体層表面に沿って所定の方向に延びるライン状パターンを有する前記島状部位を形成し、前記ライン状パターンの延設方向に直交する断面における前記ライン状パターンの断面形状は、前記第1の集電体層と接触する部分の幅が20μmないし300μm、高さが10μmないし300μmであり、前記幅に対する前記高さの比が0.5以上であり、前記島状部位と前記第1の集電体層との接触点において前記第1の活物質層に引いた接線と前記第1の集電体層表面とがなす角のうち前記第1の活物質層を含む側の角を90度よりも小さくし、
前記第2工程では、前記島状部位と前記第1の集電体層との接触点において、前記第1の集電体層と前記電解質層とを接触させる
ことを特徴とする電池の製造方法。 - 前記第1工程では、第1の活物質を含む塗布液をノズルから吐出させ前記基材表面に塗布して前記第1の活物質層を形成する請求項10に記載の電池の製造方法。
- 前記第1工程では、前記ノズルから前記塗布液をライン状に吐出させながら前記基材表面に対して前記ノズルを所定方向に相対移動させてライン状に前記塗布液を前記基材表面に塗布する請求項11に記載の電池の製造方法。
- 請求項10ないし12のいずれかに記載の製造方法によって製造された、第1の集電体層、第1の活物質層、電解質層、第2の活物質層および第2の集電体層を積層した構造を有することを特徴とする電池。
